 The Veterinary Officer reported that MEPHISTOPHELES (App P Vikram) returned lame on right fore. Tr. Farley Rodrigues was informed not to accept with the gelding until passed fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Footloose
 For running his charge FOOTLOOSE (App Jorawar Singh) in shoes other than those declared, Tr. D Karki was fined a sum of Rs. 500/. The gelding was allowed to run with aluminum shoes and an announcement was made to that effect.
Quatro
 QUATRO (Russell Xaviers) was slow to begin and thereafter ran detached from the field. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal is advised to ensure that his charge is capable of a better performance before accept with it again.

 Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of MARISKA, reported loss of whip approaching the distance post.
Majestic
 MAJESTIC (App Nikhil Naidu) and INDUS PRINCE (Nelson Maseyk) which were fractious in their respective stalls were slow to begin.
Desert Cat
 DESERT CAT (Arman Khan) was slow to begin
Indus Prince
 An enquiry was held immediately after the running of the race with particular reference to the fall of Jockey Nelson Maseyk from his mount b g INDUS PRINCE soon after the start. At the conclusion of the enquiry it was established that the gelding ducked down soon after jumping out from the gates dislodging its rider and finished the course riderless. As no blame could be attached to any one, the ‘All Clear’ signal was hoisted.
El Magnifico
 For accepting with his charge EL MAGNIFICO in the above race while under medication, Tr. Shyam S Habbu was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/. Subsequently the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn.

 EL CID (Akash Rajput) arrived late to the start. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to ensure that his charge arrives on time in future.
Flamsteed
 Jockey C Alford, the rider of FLAMSTEED, was severely reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to EL CID (Akash Rajput) soon after passing the winning post.
Storm Front
 Approaching the 300 metres STORM FRONT (Dashrath Singh) received a check due to the crowding of the field and lost some ground when attempting to improve position.

 BAMBINI FESTA (I Khan) drifted to the outer portion of the race track approaching the 800 metres and thereafter took no practical part in the race. Tr. Mr. Javed Khan was advised to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with the gelding again.

 SHINING FOX (Munna Alam), ARCHIVOLT (App Jorawar Singh) and ANTIQUARIAN (Anil Baandal) were fractious in their respective stalls.
Top Gun
 TOP GUN (Dashrath Singh) was fractious while being stalled.
Diamond Creek
 DIAMOND CREEK (Hindu Singh, drawn 8) was inconvenienced when TOP GUN (Dashrath Singh,drawn 9) and ARCHIVOLT (App Jorawar Singh, drawn 7) shifted ‘in’ and ‘out’ respectively soon after the start.
Surgical Strike
 SURGICAL STRIKE (Shailesh Shinde) was slow to begin.

 In the light of statements made by Jockey Nelson Maseyk, the rider of b g TIBIDABO to the Starter and the Stipendiary Stewards pertaining to the saddling of his mount just prior to the loading of horses in their starting stalls and the subsequent shifting back of the saddle during the running of the race and further statements made thereafter by Mr. Nelson Maseyk and Trainer Mr. Vikash Jaiswal, the Stipendiary Stewards have opened an enquiry into the saddling of b g TIBIDABO, trained by Mr.Vikash Jaiswal.
