1 (52) THE CEREMONIAL PLATE (DIV-I)

 Jockey Md Habeeb the rider of DIM DIM reported that as the start was effected his mount was slow off from the starting gates, thereafter he rode out his mount to its fullest advantage. The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that DIM DIM bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeder).Trainer K Ali Khan was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Racing King
 The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that RACING KING returned lame on Left fore during the race. Trainer M Ahsan was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Desert Of Gold
 Jockey Jai Parkash the rider of DESERT OF GOLD reported that his mount refused to jump out as the start was effected thereby loosing some grounds. Trainer Rajinder was advised to give one gate practice before accepting with it again in a race.
Mr Chairman
 As Jockey Vinay Jaiswal the rider of MR CHAIRMAN failed to full his riding engagements due to illness in his family, hence permission was granted to Trainer Sartaj Singh to substitute Jockey R Parvesh to ride MR CHAIRMAN in place of Jockey Vinay Jaiswal the declared rider. Jockey R Parvesh the rider of MR CHAIRMAN was fined Rs.2000/ for coming in soon after jumping out of the starting gate whereby VICTORY PRINCE (Akash Rajput) galloping on its inside had to be checked by its rider. Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner MR CHAIRMAN in the presence of Trainer Sartaj Singh and was sent for analytical test.
Al Sahail
 Jockey Muzammil Hashmi the rider of AL SAHAIL reported that his mount refused to jump out as the start was effected thereby loosing some grounds. Trainer S Ali Khan was advised to give one gate practice before accepting with it again in a race. Jockey Muzammil Hashmi the rider of AL SAHAIL submitted a written complaint dated 2nd November 2017 against Mr Gauarv Walia, Registered Race Horse owner for using unparliamentary language against him while returning after the race.
Ashwa Queen
 Jockey Narain Singh the rider of ASHWA QUEEN reported that approaching 250 mts he could not get a clear run hence he opted to shift out thereafter rode out to his caliber. His explanation was noted.
Ashwa Garima
 Jockey Khet Singh the rider of ASHWA GARIMA reported that as the start was effected his mount walked out of the gates and thereafter after veered to the left. Trainer I S Parmar was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.

2 (53) THE RAJPUTANA RIFFLES PLATE

 Jockey Aksah Rajput the rider of MISTER INDIA on questioning with regard to his riding stated that he was instructed to ride out from 300 mts of the race as this horse suspected of suffering of expistaxis when put under severe pressure. He also stated that his mount was lugging in from 300 mts of the race. His explanations was noted for future reference.
Ashwa Manjri
 Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ASHWA MANJRI in the presence of Trainer I S Parmar and was sent for analytical test.

3 (54) THE POWER PLATE

Ryback
 Jockey Ranjeet Singh the rider of RYBACK reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gates he could not get a clear run as WHIFF OF GOLD (Md Habeeb drawn 6) shifted on the outside and SEA CLIFF (R Rakesh drawn 8) shifted to the inside wherein he clipped the heels and stumbled. The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that RYBACK returned lame on Right fore during the race. Trainer Shah Ali Khan was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Red Apple
 Jockey Mohd Asif the rider of RED APPLE reported that his mount was repeatedly changing its legs and ran detached from the field. Trainer Irfan Ali was advised to get his charge checked and in view of its behavior trainer Irfan Ali was advised to ensure his charge was capable of a running with the field in future.
Take A Risk
 Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner TAKE A RISK in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh and was sent for analytical test.
Captain Cool
 Jockey Md Asif Khan the rider CAPTAIN COOL reported that his mount was leaning onto the starting gate as the start was effected whereby he jumped awkwardly inwards thereby inconveniencing the horses drawn on his inside namely TAKE A RISK (D S Deora) and BELLA MIA (R Parvesh). After viewing the CCTV replay of race it was established that as the incident was accidental and jockey Md Asif Khan had taken corrective action immediately therefore no action was taken beyond noting down the incident.

4 (55) THE CAVALRY PLATE

 Trainer Ajay Sharma and Jockey T S Jodha were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of UDAAN. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to position 3rd/4th and do his best. Jockey confirmed the trainers instructions. An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding UDAAN.
Cuncho
 Jockey Narain Singh the rider of CUNCHO was reprimanded for taking a unduly long lead whereby in the final stages of the race his mount gave up.
Ashwa Dhruvi
 Trainer I S Parmar and Jockey Khet Singh were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of ASHWA DHRUVI. The trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to position 4th/5th and do his best on entering the straight. He further stated as his charge was drawn 9 hence instructed the jockey to come inside gradually and then make his move and he was satisfied with the jockeys riding. The jockey corroborating the trainers statements stated that he had ridden as per the trainers instructions. Their explanation were noted for future.
Gambler Returns
 Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner GAMBLER RETURNS in the presence of Trainer Sartaj Singh and under the orders from the Stewards urine sample was taken for analysis from UDAAN the failed favourite in the presence of Trainer Ajay Sharma.
Love You Lots
 Permission was granted to Trainer Rajinder to withdraw LOVE YOU LOTS(Akash Rajput) on veterinary grounds as it was lame on Left Hind. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

 Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner EXTREME DESIRE in the presence of Trainer Rajinder and ASHWA JOOGNI bleeder in the presence of Trainer I S Parmar and were sent for analytical test.
Master Becket
 Jockey S Mosin the rider of MASTER BECKET reported as the start was effected his mount fly jumped from the starting gate.
Ashwa Joogni
 The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that ASHWA JOOGNI bled. Glorious Queen
 It was observed that GLORIOUS QUEEN (Irfan Ali) ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour Trainer S M Abbas was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veerinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

6 (57) THE CEREMONIAL PLATE (DIV-III)

Acker Bilk
 Trainer I S Parmar and jockey Khet Singh were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of ACKER BILK. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Trainer I S Parmar he was fined Rs.5000/ for the unsatisfactory running of his charge and Jockey Khet Singh was fined Rs.5000/ for the unsatisfactory riding on his mount.
Swan Lake
 Trainer M Ahsan and Jockey Muzammil Hashim were called in and questioned regarding the indifferent pattern of running and riding of SWAN LAKE. The trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to go to front and take a lead as it was single pace horse. However he was quite surprised the jockey had ridden contrary to his instructions. On questioning, the jockey stated that soon after jumping of the starting gate he had bunch of horses in front wherein he had to check his horse thereafter his mount was not galloping throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.
Darjeeling
 Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner DARJEELING in the presence of Trainer A Khan and was sent for analytical test.
Oxford Princess
 OXFORD PRINCESS planted and refused to jump out from the starting gate as the start was effected. In view of its behaviour Trainer H Ali Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.
