 Jockeys Akshay Kumar (BRAVE WARRIOR) and Nakhat Singh (SPORTING SMILE) were cautioned for shifting in and out respectively at about the 350 mtrs in the process bumping each other.

 Trainer R.H. Sequeira was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/ for parading his charge JO MALONE (App. Abhay Singh) with the equipment "Blinkers" for which prior permission was not obtained. The filly was however permitted to leave the paddock with the equipment "Blinkers".
Loch Stella
 LOCH STELLA (App. C.P. Bopanna) dropped back from about 300 mtrs finishing the course at the rear end of the field. Subsequent Veterinary examinations revealed no abnormalities and the filly was trotting sound after the race.

 SUN DANCER (C. Umesh) trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer L.D` Silva was advised for a better performance in future.

 On a report from the Stipendiary Stewards that THAT`S MY KING (A.A. Vikrant) trained by Mr. S.S.F. Hassan an acceptor in the above race was not eligible to run as the gelding is on medication. The Stewards after enquiry, permitted the gelding to be withdrawn and fined Trainer S.S.F. Hassan a sum of Rs. 20,000/ for having accepted with his charge whilst under Medication thereby contravening Rule 140 (a) read in conjunction with Rule 142 of the H.R.C., Rules of Racing,

 Explanation of Trainer M,F. Ali Khan with regard to inconsistent running of his charge PLATINUM CLAASZ (Akshay Kumar) the winner of this race, that his charge always ran in her age group race i.e, for 5 year old and upwards. In race no 49 his charge though finished 5th ran close with the common runners COMPOSURE (Nakhat Singh) who finished second in this race and JOY OF GIVING (S. G Prasad) is running with a winning penalty. In race No 91 his charge ran in a higher class where she finished close 6th and in the present race his charge has an advantage of better jockey in saddle because of which the mare just managed to win. The Trainer further opined that he had not fancied but given her a chance was noted. PLATINUM CLAASZ (Akshay Kumar) the winner of this race is sampled.

 Explanation of App. Afroz Khan (YOGYA) in the presence of Trainer A. Vatsalya that his instructions were to sit close with front runners but due to fast initial pace, he could not do so and in the straight his mount did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that filly sustained cut injuries over the left hind. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

 App. Santosh Raj N R (COUNTRY`S GIFT) was cautioned for shifting out and forcing out VALLEE IKON (App. Rohit Kumar) at about the 900 mtrs.

 DUMBLEDORE (App. Surya Prakash) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.

 Explanation of Jockey C Umesh (ROSIE FRANGRANCE) that he was not comfortable with the striding of his mount as such he pulled up his mount at about the 300 mtrs. noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly was trotting short on both fore due to tendon strain. Trainer L D` Silva was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.
