 An objection was lodged by Jockey Mudassar Nazar the rider of TIBERON placed 2nd by the Judge against App Rupal Singh, the rider of DANGAL placed 1st on the grounds of “ DANGAL came onto me during the last 50 metres wherein I had to stop riding which cost me the race”. The Stewards after interviewing Jockey Mudassar Nazar and App Rupal Singh, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards decided to overrule the objection. The “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted. The deposit of Rs. 2,500/ made by Jockey Mudassar Nazar was forfeited.
Stelvio Pass
 STELVIO PASS (Satish Nayak) arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. Tr. Javed Khan was advised to ensure that his charge arrives on time in future.
Uncrowned King
 UNCROWNED KING (Ajeet Kumar) was slow to begin.

3 (90) THE KILTOI PLATE

 TIA QUEEN (App Sujit Kr Paswan) and FEISTY (B Mahesh) were extremely fractious while being stalled thereby delaying the proceedings. In view of their behaviour Trs. Bharath Singh and Manvendra Singh were advised not to accept with their respective charges until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work

 SORBONNE (Rajendra Singh) finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised to get his charge examined by the Veterinary Officer and report ailment, if any, and not to accept with the filly until it was capable of a better performance.
Solo March
 SOLO MARCH (Md Islam) which was well up with the field till approaching the 400 metres dropped back and finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Bharath Singh was advised to get his charge examined by the Veterinary Officer and report ailment, if any, and not to accept with the gelding until it was capable of a better performance.
Davina Donatella
 ch f DAVINA DONATELLA, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the evening of 23rd September, 2019 and found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances the filly was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Jasbir Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

4 (91) THE SAFARI HANDICAP

 CAIDEN (Afzal Khan) was fractious while being stalled. On being questioned regarding the running of his mount CAIDEN, Jockey Afzal Khan stated that his mount was not striding fluently throughout the race and returned with a cut injury on its hind leg. Tr. Shafiq Khan on being queried stated that the gelding had an issue with one of its hind legs when it was under the care of the previous trainer a few months ago. The Stipendiary Stewards requested the Sr. Vet to exam the gelding and report his observation. The Sr. Veterinary Officer reported that on examination the following morning the gelding was found to have a cut injury on left hind just below the medial aspect of the hock, however, the gelding was trotting sound. He was of the opinion that the animal be once again examined and passed fit to race after observing “fast work” during the morning track work. Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed to abide by the decision of the Sr. Veterinary Officer before accepting with his charge.
Scorpion Queen
 ch m SCOROPION QUEEN (Rajendra Singh) was very reluctant to proceed to the start. Under the circumstances the mare was withdrawn from the race. Tr. Jasbir Singh was advised to get his charge adequately schooled before accepting with it again.

5 (92) THE SILVER DAWN HANDICAP

 FIRE OPAL (C Alford) refused to raise a fluent gallop soon after the start and and took no practical part in the race. Tr. Ms. Arti Doctor was advised not to accept with her charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race.
