 On a complaint received from Trainer Mr. K P G Appu, an enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Arshad Alam, on his mount PREMIER PREMISES, in the above Race.
Desert Gilt
 Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of DESERT GILT, reported that his mount brushed the Gates, thereby injuring his left foot.
Only Prince
 ONLY PRINCE (Chethan Gowda) was not cooperative while being loaded onto the float for travel to Mysuru. Under the circumstances permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to withdraw his charge from the above Race.

 It was reported after the Race that CASTLEBAR (H M Akshay) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi, was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Hafnium
 Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of HAFNIUM was fined Rs.3,000/ for excessive use of whip, on his mount, in the above Race [1st Infringement]. Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas was questioned as to the poor performance of his charge, HAFNIUM (P P Dhebe), in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) His charge always loves to come from behind and so he had instructed his rider to sit in 3rd of 4th position; b) His rider came and informed him that his charge was not showing any initial speed; c) His rider also informed him that the pace of the Race was very fast and that he had to niggle it throughout the Race to keep up with the pace and when he asked for an effort from his mount, it was not galloping fluently at all; Jockey P P Dhebe, when questioned, corroborated with the statements of Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas. The horse was impounded for veterinary examinations, but no abnormality was reported. While noting the explanations of both the Trainer and the Jockey, Trainer, Mr. Kishan Thomas was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Oceana
 Jockey K Raghu, the rider of OCEANA was reprimanded for taking an unduly long lead rounding the final bend.
Green Meadow
 Jockey H Rahul, the rider of GREEN MEADOW was fined Rs.1,000/ for suddenly checking his mount and shifting out, thereby taking out PERFECT KING (K.Sai Kiran) and HAFNIUM (P P Dhebe) on his outside, passing the 1000 Metres.
Girl With Pearl
 It was reported after the Race that GIRL WITH PEARL (Arshad Alam), sustained a two inch long cut over right hind.
Industrialist
 Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of INDUSTRIALIST was fined Rs.3,000/ for excessive use of whip, on his mount, in the above Race [1st Infringement].
Kasauli
 As Jockey R Vaibhav was certified medically unfit to ride due to the injury he sustained while riding in the First Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Manohar R V to substitute Jockey Shiva Kumar, to ride his charge KASAULI, in place of the declared rider. KASAULI (Shiva Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced DIVINE RETRIBUTION (R Manish) on its outside, at the start. It was reported after the Race that KASAULI (Shivakumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. R V Manohar, was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again

 Jockey G Rohith the rider of MOONSTRUCK reported that the horse was hanging `in` after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Quershi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Arrogance
 It was reported after the Race that, ARROGANCE (M Naveen) had apparently lost its left fore shoe, during the race.
Only Hope
 ONLY HOPE (M J Gautam Raj Urs) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

 KING STAR (M.Madhu Babu) took a fly jump, at the Start.

 Jockey S Imran the rider of SUMMER reported that his mount was hanging `out` throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Quershi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Classic Jewel
 Jockey Amyn Merchant the rider of CLASSIC JEWEL was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to KING`S COMMAND (V.R.Jagdeesh) on his `inside` passing 400 metres.
Siberian Tiger
 Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m SIBERIAN TIGER.
Swiss Admiral
 SWISS ADMIRAL (M.Rajesh Kumar) planted and didn`t take part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track.
Pilgrim
 It was reported after the Race that PILGRIM (Arshad Alam) suddenly slowed down and pulled up lame, nearing the 1100 metres, shifted inwards, thereby inconveniencing SIBERIAN TIGER (P P Dhebe), on its inside, due to which the latter horse had to be checked by its rider to avoid colliding with the front runner. Thereafter on examination, PILGRIM (Arshad Alam) was found to have stifle lock on right hind and has sustained bruise on hock. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Mukesh Kumar the rider of COORG REGIMENT reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the straight.The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again

 As Jockey P P Dhebe, the declared rider of ILLUMINATE was certified medically unfit to ride, after his fall in the 5th race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Eshwer M to substitute Jockey R N Darshan in place of the declared rider, in the above Race.

 CASTAWAY (A Imran Khan) did not a get clear run soon after jump out due to crowding of the field. It was reported after the Race that CASTAWAY (A.Imran Khan) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Dominic S was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 ADMIRAL ACT (Mukesh Kumar) jumped awkwardly `inwards` at the start.

 HAEDI`S FOLLY (Imran Chisty) was extremely fractious at the Gates and refused to be stalled; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Order.

 AIRVELOCITY (Imran Chisty) sustained gum injury. Jockey Imran Chisty the rider of AIRVELOCITY reported that his mount was not galloping fluently and was also hanging `out` in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported to have a gum injury. Trainer Mr. C D Monappa was informed to ensure better performance of his charge and to take appropriate remedial measures, before accepting with it again.

 MASTERS MIND (S.Imran) jumped awkwardly `inwards` at the start.

 Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw FROSTED (Arshad Alam) as it was observed to be suffering from colic. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
