The Trainer while confirming the above added that his charge is still a maiden and was surprised to see running as a favourite in this race. The trainer further added that based on the previous run, he has not fancied but given a chance was noted for future reference.

Ajeeth Kumar) racing on the rails. An objection lodged by Jockey Robbie Downey (GALLOPING GANGSTER) placed 2nd by the judge, against Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (PRINCE VALIANT) the winner of the race that ` he pushed me at about the 200 mtrs, bumping me due to which I and my mount got unbalanced and my mount lost the rhythm and I came with re run, that cost me a certain race` was overruled by the Stewards and the judges placings remained unchanged.  NEW COMER (App .C.P. Bopanna) stumbled at about the 150 mtrs resulting in App. getting unbalanced in the saddle and dislodged from the mount. The App. who was given immediate medical aid, escaped unhurt. AGILIS (Rafique Sk) who was racing directly behind collided with the riderless horse NEW COMER in the process dislodged Jockey Rafique Sk. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt. Subsequent Veterinary examinations revealed that NEW COMER was walking lame on right fore due to fracture of humerus.
Agilis
 AGILIS (Rafique Sk) who was racing directly behind collided with the riderless horse NEW COMER in the process dislodged Jockey Rafique Sk. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt. Subsequent Veterinary examinations revealed that NEW COMER was walking lame on right fore due to fracture of humerus.
