 An objection lodged by Jockey Rafique Sk (BOMBASTIC) placed 4th by the Judge, against App. Gopal Singh (WITHROSEMAKEUP) placed 2nd that ` he came on to him from outside in the last 300 mtrs and pushed me inside due to which I had to check my mount and pulled out and I had to give a re run from the outside that cost me a certain race` was overruled by the Stewards and Judges placing remained unaltered. App. Gopal Singh (WITHROSEMAKEUP) was fined Rs. 1000/ for failing to maintain a straight course in the final 300 mtrs.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (DUMBLEDORE) that his instructions were to go to front and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the gelding dropped back from about 400 mtrs inspite of his best efforts. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan while confirming the above added that he had no plausible explanation to offer to his charges dismal performance was noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed as bleeder (Grade III). Trainer S.S.Hassan was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.
Country's Pet
 COUNTRY`S PET (N. Rawal) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

 Explanation of App. R. Ajinkya (MONTE REI) in the presence of Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas that his instructions were not to show the day light and tuck inside the horses which he could not follow as his mount was keen from about 1000 mtrs as such in order to avoid the clipping of front horses, he was forced to shift out in the process his mount had gone to front was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs. 5000/ for not making determined efforts to follow the given instructions. The App. was further cautioned to be more careful in future failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action.
Vashishta
 Explanation of Jockey B.R. Kumar (VASHISHTA) that his mount was reluctant to take the gap prevailed in front between the horses from about 300 mtrs as such he was forced to shift out at about the 200 mtrs to make my final challenge was noted. The Jockey was however, informed that he was given benefit of grave doubt with regard to riding out of his mount in the final stages of the race.

 Explanation of Jockey Koushik (HASHTAG) that his mount dropped back from about the 800 mtrs inspite of his best efforts in the process hampered the running of SATIN SYMPHONY (Praveen Gaddam) and CRACKERSHOW (App. Aforz Khan). As this confirmed our observation, the Jockeys explanation was noted.

 App. Afroz Khan (NEGRESS PRINCESS) was fined Rs. 2000/ for shifting in soon after the start in the process tightening AGILIS (App. R.Ajinkya) and again shifted in at about the 900 mtrs in the process causing interference to DANCE ALL NIGHT (App. Gopal Singh).
Agilis
 App. Afroz Khan (NEGRESS PRINCESS) was fined Rs. 2000/ for shifting in soon after the start in the process tightening AGILIS (App. R.Ajinkya) and again shifted in at about the 900 mtrs in the process causing interference to DANCE ALL NIGHT (App. Gopal Singh).
All Star General
 Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (ALL STAR GENERAL) that his mount was hesitant to take the gap on the rails, as such he shifted out at about the 200 mtrs to make his final move was not accepted and the Jockey was reprimanded for shifting out 4 to 5 horses wide in the final 200 mtrs for no apparent reason.
Sisco
 SISCO (B.R.Kumar) trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer S. Sreekant was advised for a better performance in future.
Top Sprint
 TOP SPRINT (G. Naresh) planted and took no practical part in the race, SSC revoked.

 AMAZING ELEGANCE (Koushik) stumbled soon after the start for no apparent reason in the process lost about a length.

 Explanation of Jockey Imran Chisty (BLAZER) that his instructions were to sit close 3rd/4th, but his mount did not show any initial speed as such he could not position his mount as instructed and thereafter he did his best was noted for future reference.
Dancing Doll
 DANCING DOLL (Mukesh Kumar) lost his hind action as the start was effected in the process lost about a length.
Running Fire
 RUNNING FIRE (G. Naresh) dropped back in the final 100 mtrs whilst travelling with front runners. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the mare was trotting lame on left fore due to fetlock joint sprain. Trainer D. Netto was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

 Jockey Praveen Gaddam (SWEET BRANDY) was cautioned for shifting out soon after the start in the process hampered the running of BARNABAS (App. Jitendra Singh). Explanation of App. Jitendra Singh (BARNABAS) that his running got hampered soon after the start due to which he lost his left stirrup iron which he could regain after travelling few strides and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts.

 Jockey Praveen Gaddam (SWEET BRANDY) was cautioned for shifting out soon after the start in the process hampered the running of BARNABAS (App. Jitendra Singh).
