	MARK MY DAY (Nakhat Singh) reared up inside the stalls in the process dislodged the Jockey, as such the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked. Jockey Nakhat Singh who was injured was declared medically unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day.

	Explanation of Jockey Suraj Narredu (CITY OF PASSION) that his mount was keen from upto the 600 mtrs and thereafter when asked for an effort in the straight did not show any turn off foot and dropped back inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding has blood.

	ROYAL VALENTINE (App. C P Bopanna) dropped back from about the 800 mtrs whilst travelling in mid bunch and finished the course distance behind. Trainer K. Sateesh was advised for a better performance in future.

	PROUD LEGACY (App. Jitendra Singh) was observed to be trotting lame on left hind due to hamstring strain, as such the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.

	Explanation of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh with regard to the improved performance of his charge ARTISTRYY (App. Gaurav Singh) the winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous race that in the previous race his charge was drawn 1, she could not be positioned well up with the front runners because of which his charge shied and did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight and dropped back in the straight as compared to the present race where the filly could easily be positioned well up with the field and 200 mtrs more to travel and also allowance claiming Jockey added to his charges performance and was able to win the race was not accepted and the Trainer was fined Rs. 5,000/ for inconsistent running of his charge, and was further cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
Ayur Shakti
	Explanation of Jockey R N Darshan (AYUR SHAKTI) that his saddle moved front soon after the start as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage throughout the race. As this confirmed our observation, Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was fined a sum of Rs 2,000/ for failing to exercise greater care in saddling of his charge whose saddle slipped during the running of the race.

	App. Abhay Singh (N R I HEIGHTS) was fined Rs. 1000/ in the presence of Trainer R.H. Sequeira for travelling wide from about the 900 mtrs until entering the straight for no apparent reason.
