 The Veterinary Officer reported that MYSTIC WONDER, returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. Vijay Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Capriconia
 CAPRICONIA (Hindu Singh) was difficult to load. SPIRITUAL (App P Tejeshwar) had to be steadied at the 600 metres when CAPRICONIA (Hindu Singh) shifted course to the outside. CAPRICONIA (Hindu Singh) was denied a clear run passing the 300 metres of the race.
Sirona
 SIRONA (Y S Srinath) took a misstep passing the 800 metres.
Spiritual
 SPIRITUAL (App P Tejeshwar) had to be steadied at the 600 metres when CAPRICONIA (Hindu Singh) shifted course to the outside.
Shivalik Silk
 SHIVALIK SILK (App Rupal Singh) was fractious in its stall.

Sheer Force
 Jockey K Sai Kiran when afforded an opportunity to explain the riding of his mount AGGRESSION stated that he was instructed to place his mount in 3/4th position after jumping out and to do his best thereafter. However, soon after jump out he was inconvenienced between EASTSIDE (Md Azharuddin) and SHEER FORCE (Nikhil Naidu), thereafter he gave her a chance to come up with a run in the race as she prefers the same and did his best in the final straight. On questioning Tr. Shafiq Khan corroborated his instructions to the Jockey and stated that as the mare lacks initial speed in races, he asked the Jockey to settle his charge with the field during the early stages of the race and to do his best in the final straight. The Stipendiary Steward decided to continue with the enquiry.

 COUP DE GRACE (Arshad Alam) was fractious in its stall.

 COURT JESTER (Suraj Narredu) missed the jump. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of the winner COURT JESTER, was reprimanded for easing up his mount well before passing the winning post.

 DIL MANGEY MORE (Vinay Jaiswal) was very fractious in its stall and repeatedly lashed out at the rear gates after being stalled, in the process sustaining a cut injury on its right hind. Under the circumstances the mare was withdrawn before coming under Starter`s orders and her Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.

 LORD OF THE SEA (K Sai Kiran) planted losing over a distance at the start. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.
Inca
 Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of INCA, reported that his mount was inclined to lean `outwards` during the final stages of the race.
Air Command
 b g AIR COMMAND was declared withdrawn from the race as the gelding was euthanized on 3rd February, 2021.
