 Jockey Zameer Sayed (ISTANBUL) was observed to carry an unapproved standard whip into the paddock, the same was confiscated before the race. Further, the matter was reported to the Stewards for such action as they deem fit. Consideration of the matter was deferred. Soon after the start, ARABIAN STORM (J.Chinoy) shifted in thereby starting a chain reaction, due to which ISTANBUL (Zameer Sayed), WAR OF ATTRITION (H.Zeeshan) and ABOUT THE CLOUD (Santosh G.) were inconvenienced. Jockey J.Chinoy has been cautioned. In the final stages of the race, ABOUT THE CLOUD (Santosh G.) leaned inwards on to ISTANBUL (Zameer Sayyed) and had to be steadied.

 Soon after the start, ARABIAN STORM (J.Chinoy) shifted in thereby starting a chain reaction, due to which ISTANBUL (Zameer Sayed), WAR OF ATTRITION (H.Zeeshan) and ABOUT THE CLOUD (Santosh G.) were inconvenienced. Jockey J.Chinoy has been cautioned. In the final stages of the race, ABOUT THE CLOUD (Santosh G.) leaned inwards on to ISTANBUL (Zameer Sayyed) and had to be steadied.
Smart Choice
 Approaching the 800 metres, FOREVER FREE (App.M.S.Deora) leaned inwards thereby tightening SMART CHOICE (N.B.Kuldeep) causing the latter to be checked. Thereafter, approaching the 200 metres, FOREVER FREE (App.M.S.Deora) shifted out under urgings and went across COLOSSEUM (Dashrath Singh) causing the latter to be checked. After questioning, App.M.S.Deora has been fined Rs.3,000/. On being questioned after the race regarding his riding efforts on SMART CHOICE, Jockey N.B.Kuldeep stated that his mount hung out despite his efforts. Not being satisfied with the explanation, the Stipendiary Stewards have initiated an enquiry into the running and riding of this horse. After the race, SMART CHOICE was trotted and found to be sound. THEAS?S PET had a gum injury.

Thereafter, approaching the 200 metres, FOREVER FREE (App.M.S.Deora) shifted out under urgings and went across COLOSSEUM (Dashrath Singh) causing the latter to be checked. After questioning, App.M.S.Deora has been fined Rs.3,000/. After the race, FOREVER FREE was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club?s V.O. before next accepting to race.

Thereafter, SENIORITY (App.Aniket Karande, dr.2) shifted out and bumped RISING BRAVE. Due to this incident VERDANDI had to be checked. Passing the 900 metres, RISING BRAVE (Bhawani Singh) shifted out thereby bumping REGAL PRINCE (App.P.S.Kaviraj). Thereafter, DIVIJA (C.S.Jodha) shifted in thereby tightening REGAL PRINCE (App.P.S.Kaviraj) causing the latter to be checked. Passing the 900 metres, RISING BRAVE (Bhawani Singh) shifted out thereby bumping REGAL PRINCE (App.P.S.Kaviraj). Thereafter, DIVIJA (C.S.Jodha) shifted in thereby tightening REGAL PRINCE (App.P.S.Kaviraj) causing the latter to be checked.  Passing the 1800 metres, TWELFTH EARL (S.Mosin) shifted out on to ACCENTURE (A.Sandesh), who in turn shifted out thereby carrying MOON RIVER (P.S.Chouhan) outwards. Due to this incident, TOUCH OF FAITH (A.Imran Khan) who was racing on the haunches of MOON RIVER was also inconvenienced. On being questioned after the race, Jockey S.Mosin stated that the pace had slowed down and in his effort to avoid clipping the front horse, he had shifted out. After the race, KAMARIA was observed to have an abrasion at the left hind fetlock and SHADOWS had an abrasion at the right hind fetlock. TWELFTH EARL was found to be sound in the trot.
Moon River
 Passing the 1800 metres, TWELFTH EARL (S.Mosin) shifted out on to ACCENTURE (A.Sandesh), who in turn shifted out thereby carrying MOON RIVER (P.S.Chouhan) outwards. Passing the 200 metres, ARABIAN PHOENIX (S.Zervan) shifted out under urgings thereby cutting across BEEJAY (C.S.Jodha) and going on to THE BAWAJI (Prashant P.Dhebe), who in turn shifted out on to QUARENCIA (P.Trevor).. Gilt Edge
 Jockey K.Nazil (GILT EDGE) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his third offence during the current Mumbai Meeting, his Jockey?s license has been suspended for 2 race days w.e.f. 17th April, 2021 to 18th April, 2021 (both days inclusive) (permitted to ride work/mock race).
Baku
 After the race, BAKU was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club?s V.O. before next accepting to race.

 Soon after the start, MELISANDRE (C.S.Jodha) veered out thereby taking the ground of TWINKLING STAR (M.Ayyar) and also bumping MYTHICAL POWER (Dashrath Singh). After the race, Jockey C.S.Jodha reported that his mount had veered out despite his efforts. He added that his mount was inclined to run out throughout the race. In view of this behavior, Trainer S.K.Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures and show the filly in a Mock Race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, before next accepting to race.

Irish Eyes
 After the race, MYTHICAL POWER and IRISH EYES were found to be sore by the right fore leg. Both the horses have to be passed fit by the Club?s V.O. before next accepting to race.

 After the race, SANDALPHON was trotted and found to be sound.
Goshawk
 GOSHAWK (App.Aniket Karande) and MERNEITH (K.Nazil) jumped out slow losing about 2 lengths each at the start. At the start, LAGERTHA (Amyn Merchat, dr.2) jumped outwards and went across GOSHAWK (App.Aniket Karande, dr.3) who was marginally slow to begin.
Merneith
 GOSHAWK (App.Aniket Karande) and MERNEITH (K.Nazil) jumped out slow losing about 2 lengths each at the start.
Lagertha
 At the start, LAGERTHA (Amyn Merchat, dr.2) jumped outwards and went across GOSHAWK (App.Aniket Karande, dr.3) who was marginally slow to begin.

 RED MERLOT (J.Chinoy) jumped outwards brushing the front gates due to which he lost his left stirrup which he regained shortly.
Esfir
 ESFIR (D.R.Shubham) jumped out tardily losing about a length at the start.

Flower Power
 After the race, App. P.S.Kaviraj (FLOWER POWER) reported that his mount hungin in the straight. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
La Peregrina
 After the race, LA PEREGRINA was observed to have broken a blood vessel. Being a second time bleeder, the filly is not to race for the stipulated ban period of eight weeks and has to be passed fit by the Club?s V.O. before next accepting to race.
