SkiptonJockey David Egan, the rider of THE GREAT GATSBY was questioned as to the reason for shifting wide from the railings in the straight and he stated that (a) he walked on the track in the morning and found that the track on the inside was wet; (b) He decided to ride out his mount from outside as his mount was galloping well on the outside. His explanations were noted. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch c THE GREAT GATSBY.

AscendencyASCENDENCY (H Rahul) was examined at the Starting Gates and it was found to be trotting lame on right hind; Under the cicumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s Order. Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Starry WindRoutine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b g STARRY WIND.

3 (112) THE VILLOO C.POONAWALLA MILLION
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65		 1200M
3.00 P.M.
Donna RossaPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Johnson S M to withdraw his charge DONNA ROSSA (T S Jodha) from the above race on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Harbour SunriseIt was observed in the Race that the saddle of HARBOUR SUNRISE (P Trevor) shifted slightly back, within 150 Metres from the Start. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition, no action was taken beside noting the incident.
Silver DewIt was observed in the Race that the blinkers on SILVER DEW (R N Darshan) got unfastened soon after the start and the horse finished the Race without blinkers on it. Trainer Mr. Ganapathy S was fined Rs.2,000/ for not fastening the blinkers properly.
Winning HeartWINNING HEART (Mukesh Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. It was reported after the Race that WINNING HEART (Mukesh Kumar) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate the from Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4 (113) THE SURESH MAHINDRA MULTI-MILLION TROPHY (GR.2)
TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD		 1400M
3:30 P.M.
Cavallo VelocePermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala to withdraw his charge CAVALLO VELOCE (A Imran Khan) from the above Race on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore and injury over knee with swelling. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Set To WinSET TO WIN (Arshad Alam) was not cooperative while being loaded into the float for travel to Mysuru. Under the circumstances permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to withdraw his charge from the above Race.
Corfe CastlePermission was granted to Trainer L D`Silva to withdraw his charge CORFE CASTLE (David Egan) from the above Race on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained injury over left eye – severe blepharospasm. Further, Trainer Mr. L D`Silva was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

5 (114) THE MAJ.P.K.MEHRA MEMORIAL SUPER MILE CUP (GR.I)
TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD		 1600M

Tenno ShoTENNO SHO (P Trevor) was not cooperative while being loaded into the float for travel to Mysuru. Under the circumstances permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to withdraw his charge from the above Race.
Cosmic RayJockey A Imran Khan, the rider of TRULY EPIC was reprimanded for shifting `out` and inconveniencing COSMIC RAY (P S Chouhan), on his outside, which went onto COUNTRY MUSIC (Y S Srinath), on its outside, passing the 400 Metres.

VachanRoutine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g VACHAN.
Like My DaddyAs Jockey P S Chouhan, the declared rider of LIKE MY DADDY, was declared medically unfit to ride, after his ride in the fifth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi to subsitute Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora, to ride his charge, in the above Race, in place of the declared rider.
