TIBERON (Hindu Singh) was fractious while being stalled.

Jockey Russell Xaviers and Tr. Shafiq Khan when afforded an opportunity to explain the running and riding of b m SHAPE THE SCAPE, the Jockey stated that the mare was not galloping fluently from about the 1000 metres and repeatedly changed legs. Tr. Shafiq Khan stated that he would get the mare examined and report ailment, if any. On examination, the Veterinary Officer reported that the mare returned lame on left hind. Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Beatrix	BEATRIX (Hindu Singh) was fractious in its stall.
Fenicia	FENICIA (Asghar) and JORELL (Akash Rajput) were slow to begin.

Arakawah

ARAKAWAH (Russell Xaviers) fly jumped out from the gates. Jockey Russell Xaviers, the rider of ARAKAWAH, was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for the unsatisfactory riding of his mount in that he failed to infuse adequate vigour to his riding during the final 400 metres of the race. Tr. Manvendra Singh was informed that he would be subject to penalties should his charges be ridden in similar fashion in future.

Nelsons Blood

NELSONS BLOOD (Afzal Khan) planted losing considerable ground at the start. In view of its behaviour Tr. Manvendra Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work.

4	(4)	THE ALADANCER CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 61 TO 86	1100M
			4:00 PM

Kramer	App Rupal Singh, the rider of KRAMER, reported loss of whip passing the 300 metres.
San Martino	During the final stages of the race SAN MARTINO (Nikhil Naidu) travelling along the rails had to be checked by its rider and lost some ground when ADMIRAL HATSU (Md Islam) shifted ‘in’. At a subsequent enquiry Jockey Md. Islam was shown the CCTV replay of the race and fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/ for shifting ground when not adequately clear of the other runner.
Pugnacious	Jockey Sk Israil, the rider of PUGNACIOUS was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for the unsatisfactory riding of his mount in that he failed to infuse adequate vigour to his riding during the final 400 metres of the race. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed that he would be subject to penalties should his charges be ridden in similar fashion in future.
Flag Flying	FLAG FLYING (Shezad Khan) was slow to begin.

5	(5)	THE ARIZONA PIE HANDICAP A Handicap for Horses rated 41 TO 66	1200M
			4:30 PM

Bergamot	BERGAMOT (Dhanu S Deora) was extremely fractious in its stall, ducked under the gates dislodging its rider and ran around the course. The filly was captured and withdrawn from the race. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.
The Kiss	THE KISS (Nikhil Naidu) was slow to begin.
Cocoanut	COCOANUT (App Rupal Singh) was fractious in its stall. Tr. Sarfaraz Khan was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it in a race. App Rupal Singh, the rider of COCOANUT, was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).

Caiden	CAIDEN (Afzal Khan) was slow to begin.
Exotic Lady	Jockey Shezad Khan, the rider of NEMBE GREEK, when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount stated that the mare was not striding fluently for a major portion of the race. On a subsequent examination the Veterinary Officer reported that the mare was found to be lame on right fore. Tr. Shyam S Habbu was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer. Jockey Shezad Khan, the rider of NEMBE GREEK, reported loss of whip passing the 250 metres.
Buddyholly	BUDDYHOLLY (Vinay Jaiswal) was fractious in its stall.
