1	(19)	THE APHROZE HANDICAP A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1600M

Trident Star

TRIDENT STAR, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Saturday, 2nd December, 2023 and found to be lame on right fore. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Neil Darashah was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

2	(20)	THE HARTNELL HANDICAP A Handicap for Horses rated 21 TO 46	1200M
			2:00 PM

Impermanence	IMPERMANENCE was extremely difficult to load, fractious inside its stall and ducked out from the gates in the process sustaining a cut injury on its left hind. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked.
Fresh Hope	FRESH HOPE, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Saturday, 2nd December, 2023 and found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. B Rajender Reddy was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
By The Book	BY THE BOOK was extremely difficult to load. Tr. Neil Darashah was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.
Lion Queen	LION QUEEN was slow to begin losing approximately 3 – 4 lengths at the start.
Sporting Trainer	Jockey Vinay Jaiswal, the rider of SPORTING TRAINER, was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/ for unsatisfactory riding in that he repeatedly checked his mount in the first furlong of the race for no apparent reason placing his mount in a disadvantageous position which had a bearing on the eventual placing of the gelding.

3	(21)	THE SERENDINE HANDICAP A Handicap for Horses rated 41 TO 66	1200M

Horus The Great	Afzal Khan, the rider of HORUS THE GREAT, was fined a sum of Rs. 25,000/ for unsatisfactory riding in that he failed to improve position till past the 400 metres when he had every opportunity to do so and for being feeble in his finishing efforts from about the 300 metres.
Devushka	DEVUSHKA was difficult to load. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.
Celtic Harlequin	CELTIC HARLEQUIN arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Patrick Quinn had been warned earlier for late arrival of his charges to the start, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/ for this instance.
Mount Reno	MOUNT RENO was extremely difficult to load. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.
