Jockey Rahil Akhtar, the rider of CELTIC HARLEQUIN, was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/ for travelling wide unnecessarily after a slow beginning and for not making any effort to improve position till entering the final bend. Tr. D M David was advised to ensure that his charges are run in such manner that leaves no room for query.

Jockey P S Chouhan (PHENOMENAL LADY) reported that his mount was not striding out fluently for the most part of the race and he eased up his mount passing the 300 metres of the race. On the morning of 4th March, 2024 the filly was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on left hind. Tr. Patrick Quinn was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

La Dominate	STUNNING FORCE, MANDELA and LA DOMINATE were difficult to load. SIR BAFFERT and DEVUSHKA were slow to begin. Tr. B Mahesh when questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge LA DOMINATE, the winner today, as compared to Race No. 108 – THE FIRE FLASH HANDICAP where it finished unplaced, stated that in Race No. 108, I had instructed my Jockey V R Jagdeesh to take a good jump, sit in a forward position and do your best in the straight. After the race, the Jockey stated that the colt started dropping back gradually in the straight and he advised to run the colt in a shorter trip so that he can perform better. Accordingly, I entered the colt in Race No. 125 in a 1100 metres race which suited the colt and went onto win and I am glad that it came out and won. His explanations were noted.

Kay Star	Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/ for failing to obtain the prior consent of Jockey S Saqlain to declare him on his charge KAY STAR. Subsequently, the trainer was permitted to declare Jockey A Ayaz Khan on his charge.
Devushka	STUNNING FORCE, MANDELA and LA DOMINATE were difficult to load. SIR BAFFERT and DEVUSHKA were slow to begin.

Snowfall	SNOWFALL stood flat footed as the start was effected losing 4 – 5 lengths at the start. Tr. Rajesh Narredu was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.
Yukan	AHEAD OF MY TIME was fractious to be stalled. YUKAN was fractious in its stall.
Iron Clad	IRON CLAD was slow to begin.
White Roses	WHITE ROSES which was fractious in its stall, was slow to begin. Further, the mare was eased up by its rider passing the 200 metres as in his opinion she was not gaining on the field in any way, was noted. The Veterinary Officer reported that the mare returned with a cut injury on its left hind.

Magneto	Jockey S Saqlain, the rider of MAGNETO, has been deprived the use of the whip from 26th March, 2024 up to and including 16th April, 2024 for excessive use of whip (4th infringement).
Golden Kingdom	GOLDEN KINGDOM drifted out under pressure in the concluding stages of the race.
Shubankar	SHUBANKAR which was racing fiercely in the initial stages of the race brushed its right fore against the upright passing the 1700 metres.
Long Lease	The Veterinary Officer reported that LONG LEASE returned lame on right fore. Tr. Rajesh Narredu was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Basharat	BURMESE and BASHARAT were slow to begin.
