1	(169)	THE AZHAR PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 20	1600M

After Hours	An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards on 4th August 2017 into the relatively improved performance of AFTER HOURS as compared to its previous run in Race No. 131 i.e., The Indian Pattern Committee Cup, (About) 1600 Meters, Horses rates 00 to 20 run on 15th July 2017. Trained by Darius R. Byramji and ridden by Y. S. Srinath. The Stipendiary Stewards, after considering the submissions made by Trainer Mr. Darius R. Byramji and after viewing the CCTV replay of the races of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2017 viz; Race No.101, 131 & 169 and acting on their own observation the Stipendiary Stewards decided to note his explanations and cautioned him to maintain consistency in running of his charges.
Granada	GRANADA (T. S. Jodha) sustained injury on left hind fetlock.
Magnificent Mary	MAGNIFICENT MARY (Prashant P.Dhebe) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination by the Club`s Veterinary Officer it was found to be lame on left fore limb. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Mystical Shadow	MYSTICAL SHADOW (Kiran Rai P) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. Jockey Kiran Rai P, the rider of MYSTICAL SHADOW was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
Attractive Bay	Jockey R. Anand, the rider of ATTRACTIVE BAY was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
Peppa	PEPPA (Rayan Ahmed .R) ran detached from the field after passing the 200 Meters. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Mulholland	Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of MULHOLLAND was fined Rs.2,000/ for coming in and causing interference to AEROSPEED (P. Trevor) on his inside passing the 800 Meters.
De Ville Butterfly	DE VILLE BUTTERFLY (S.K.Paswan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sandhu G. was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Aerospeed	AEROSPEED (P. Trevor) took a fly jump. Jockey T. S. Jodha, the rider of TOP BRASS was fined Rs.5,000/ for coming in and causing interference to BLUE SONIC (Nazerul Alam), which in turn passed it onto AEROSPEED (P. Trevor) on its inside passing the 1000 Meters. Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of BLUE SONIC was fined Rs.2,000/ for coming in and causing interference to AEROSPEED (P. Trevor) on his inside passing the 200 Meters. AEROSPEED (P. Trevor) sustained superficial injury on right fore cannon.
Propine	It was reported after the race that BLUE SONIC (Nazerul Alam) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Prasanna Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

3	(171)	THE COMMANCHE TROPHY TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1400M

Dunamis	DUNAMIS (S. John) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
Paint It Black	PAINT IT BLACK (S.K.Paswan) ran detached after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Sandhu G. was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

4	(172)	THE BANGALORE SUMMER MILLION (GR.3) TERMS - 3 years old only	1600M

Romantic Star

ROMANTIC STAR (A. Sandesh) accidentally brushed the railings approaching 700 Meters. ROMANTIC STAR (A. Sandesh) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade – IV at 5.45 p.m.) and also sustained superficial injury on left hind fetlock. Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Gandharva

Jockey Vishwanath A., the rider of GANDHARVA reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 200 Meters.

Pearl Reward

It was observed that PEARL REWARD (Vinod Shinde) suddenly shied away passing the 1100 Meters, thereby inconveniencing the horses on its outside viz; EL FENIX (Irvan Singh) and BARACCHUS (Y. S. Srinath). The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination by the Club`s Veterinary Officer it was found to have sustained superficial injury on left hind fetlock.

Kambaku	It was observed that KAMBAKU (S. John) running fiercely along the rails, accidentally clipped the heels of the front runner SECRET PURSUIT (P. Trevor) and stumbled passing the 1300 Meters.
Pinyada	Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of PINYADA was reprimanded for coming in and inconveniencing SECRET PURSUIT (P. Trevor) on his inside passing the 150 Meters. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination by the Club`s Veterinary Officer it was found to have sustained superficial injury on Right hind fetlock and also had apparently lost its right hind shoe during the race.

7	(175)	THE YERAVADA STUD PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 30 TO 50 - (4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M

Super Smart	SUPER SMART (Neeraj Rawal) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Courtship	It was observed that Jockey D`nuSingh Deora, the rider of COURTSHIP lost his left stirrup soon after jumping out from the starting gates, which he regained passing the 1200 Meters.
Soviet Union	SOVIET UNION (Kiran Rai P) reared up as the gates opened and lost many lengths. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
Amazing Desire	AMAZING DESIRE (V.R.Jagadeesh) ran detached after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
