ZadoraAt the start, ZADORA (App. S. Jaykumar, dr. 5) jumped outwards thereby inconveniencing LOCARNO (App. S. A. Amit, dr.6), who in turn went on to SPEAR OF TRIUM (App. H. Zeeshan, dr. 7). On questioning, App. S. Jaykumar stated that his mount leaned outwards soon after the start despite his efforts to maintain a straight course. Trainer Nosher Cama has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the mare. After the race, ZADORA, INDUS PRINCE and EL WONDER (examined on 04/09/2016) were trotted and found to be sound.
Millenium FalconMILLENIUM FALCON (App. Vishal N. Bunde) tried to rear up as the start was affected, thus losing a length at the start.
Indus PrinceAt the start, INDUS PRINCE (Santosh G., dr.2) jumped outwards and bumped MT TIANMEN (App. Parbat Singh, dr.3). An enquiry has been initiated into the poor performance of INDUS PRINCE and a report will be submitted shortly.

PapakuraAt the start, PAPAKURA (T. S. Jodha, dr. 2) jumped inwards, brushed the starting stall and made contact with STARISTOCRAT (Yash Narredu, dr. 1).
Few Dollars MoreFEW DOLLARS MORE (P. Trevor) was slowly out, losing about 5 lengths at the start. Trainer Hosidar Daji has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter, at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. After the race, Jockey P. Trevor (FEW DOLLARS MORE) reported that his mount leaned backwards in the gate and was hesitant to jump out as the start was affected.

3 (88) THE J E HUGHES TROPHY

DramaramaPassing 900 metres, DRAMARAMA (C. S. Jodha) shifted in on to VALENTINO (App. H. Zeeshan), who in turn shifted in and tightened AN JOLIE (Yash Narredu) and VIA AMORIS (Neeraj Rawal), whereby both the horses had to be steadied. Jockey C. S. Jodha has been cautioned.

The CivilianSoon after the start, NATURE BOY (App. S. A. Amit) shifted in and made contact with VALENTINO (App. H. Zeeshan) who in turn shifted in. At the same time AN JOLIE shifted out thereby inconveniencing VIA AMORIS (Neeraj Rawal).
ValentinoAt the start, VALENTINO (App. H. Zeeshan, dr.4) jumped outwards and NATURE BOY (App. S. A. Amit, dr.6) jumped inwards, as a result DRAMARAMA (C. S. Jodha, dr.5) had to be checked.
Via AmorisAfter the race, Jockey Neeraj Rawal (VIA AMORIS) reported that his mount did not respond to his urgings throughout the race.

4 (89) THE SEPTEMBER HANDICAP

FrostyPassing 200 metres, FROSTY (P. Trevor) marginally shifted out on to SILKEN EYES (Yash Narredu).
Silken EyesAn objection was lodged by Jockey Yash Narredu, rider of SILKEN EYES (Placed Second) against FROSTY (P. Trevor, Placed First). The reason being, coming to the last furlong his filly started getting into stride and he could have got past FROSTY quite comfortably. However, FROSTY came on to him suddenly thereby breaking his filly’s stride till the last 50 metres and this cost him a certain race.
Sir DesmondPassing 600 metres, SIR DESMOND (Neeraj Rawal) who was racing on the haunches of KODIAC QUEEN (D. S. Daman), was tightened along the rails and had to be steadied.
General's SongAfter the race, GENERAL’S SONG and REDS REVENGE were trotted and found to be sound.

5 (90) THE K RAGHUNATH PLATE

Night Of StarsJockey Kavraj Singh (NIGHT OF STARS) has been cautioned for having raised his hand as a Victory sign before passing the Winning Post. Jockey Kavraj Singh (NIGHT OF STARS) has been fined Rs.3,000/ for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
Rainbow DashApproaching 200 metres, RAINBOW DASH (P. Trevor) shifted in thereby tightening JEENA (Neeraj Rawal) along the rails. On questioning, Jockey P. Trevor stated that his mount had hung in despite his efforts. Trainer P. Shroff has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly. Jockey P. Trevor (RAINBOW DASH) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. As the filly hung in and the whip was used as a corrective measure, no action has been initiated.
Simon SaysJockey N. S. Parmar (SIMON SAYS) has been fined Rs.3,000/ for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
JeenaApproaching 1400 metres, JEENA (Neeraj Rawal) shifted in, due to which CAVALIA (Dashrath Singh) shied inwards on to HOT PEPPER (T. S. Jodha).
JesterAn enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of JESTER and a report will be submitted shortly.
Divine SolitaireAt the start, DIVINE SOLITAIRE (R. Shelar, dr.2) shifted out under urgings and bumped HOT PEPPER (T. S. Jodha, dr. 5), who in turn went on to CAVALIA (Dashrath Singh, dr.7). Jockey R. Shelar has been fined Rs.2,000/.
Golden EclipseGOLDEN ECLIPSE (Shrikant Kamble) lost about 2 lengths at the start. Jockey Shrikant Kamble (GOLDEN ECLIPSE) reported the loss of whip at about the 200 metres.
She's An AceSHE’S AN ACE (F. Irani) lost about 5 lengths at the start. Trainer Faisal A. Abbas has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. At the start, SHE’S AN ACE (F. Irani, dr.12) jumped outwards and went wide and had to be steadied. Trainer Faisal A. Abbas has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
CavaliaPassing 1400 metres, CAVALIA (Dashrath Singh) shifted in on to HOT PEPPER (T. S. Jodha) who had to be checked and shifted in thereby inconveniencing FURY (Yash Narredu) along the rails. Jockey Dashrath Singh has been cautioned. An enquiry has been initiated into the poor performance of CAVALIA and a report will be submitted shortly. After the race, CAVALIA, FURY and RAINBOW DASH were trotted and found to be sound.
Hot PepperAfter the race, HOT PEPPER was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

6 (91) THE RADIO ONE RUN

Be CautiousSoon after the start, BE CAUTIOUS (App. S. Jaykumar, dr. 9) shifted out and bumped ALTUS (App. S. A. Amit, dr.11) who had to be steadied. Thereafter, ALTUS (App. S. A. Amit) shifted in and brushed the haunches of BE CAUTIOUS (App. S. Jaykumar) unbalancing the latter. Soon after, ZAHRAZAN (App Vishal N. Bunde, dr.12) shifted in thereby tightening ALTUS (App. S. A. Amit), forcing the latter to be checked and drop back. After the race, BE CAUTIOUS, HIROHAMA and PHOENIX KNIGHT were trotted and found to be sound. JIMBO had a gum injury and CHAMPAGNE had lost its left hind plate.
HirohamaSoon after the start, HIROHAMA (R. Ajinkya) shifted in on to WIND CRAFT (Kishore Kadam) who was tightened along the rails. Jockey R. Ajinkya has been cautioned.
Phoenix KnightPHOENIX KNIGHT (S. Zervan) was fractious in the stall. At the start, PHOENIX KNIGHT (S. Zervan, dr.1) jumped awkwardly inwards and went on to the rails. After the race Jockey S. Zervan (PHOENIX KNIGHT) reported that his mount hung in throughout the race. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. An enquiry has been initiated into the poor performance of PHOENIX KNIGHT and a report will be submitted shortly.

7 (92) THE ORIENT DANCE PLATE

AllegianceApproaching 300 metres, ALLEGIANCE (Bhawani Singh) weakened and dropped back along the rails thereby inconveniencing TERRIFIC (R. Ajinkya).
