Princess BeautyWhen questioned, Jockey Sameer Khan (REHANA) stated that he was instructed to be in 5th/6th position and to do his best in the straight, not to use whip too much and to give only backhanders if possible. Trainer Richpal Singh stated that he did not give any instructions with regard to the use of whip as stated by Jockey Sameer Khan. An enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of REHANA.
BustleJockey Rajinder Saini (BUSTLE) reported that his mount ran green during the race.
Shub Geet MalaAfter the race, SHUB GEET MALA was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time). Trainer Zulfiqar Khan has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.
Naughty Or NicePassing 400 metres, NAUGHTY OR NICE (Arman Ali Jafri) ducked in and went across MASTER FEDERAL (Ramandeep Singh Bal) and then jostled with RUSTOM E HIND (Aqeed Waheed).
Master FederalNear 1000 metres, MASTER FEDERAL (Ramandeep Singh Bal) was tightened for room as SKY DANCER (Dhanu S Deora) shifted outwards. Jockey Dahnu S Deora has been cautioned.
Shukeir GammaAt the start, SHUKEIR GAMMA (Danish Ali Khan) jumped awkwardly and was slowly away and then was inclined to leanin. Trainer K Ali Khan has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race.

Golden GuineaAt the start, GOLDEN GUINEA (Gurpreet Singh) and MIDLEXESS (Narain Singh) jumped out awkwardly.
Tot O WhiskeyThe start of the race was delayed as TOT O WHISKEY was reluctant to proceed to the start unless being led to the Starting Gates. Trainer Zulfiqar Khan has been asked to ensure that his charge reaches the Starting Gates in time otherwise the horse would be liable be withdrawn. Near 1000 metres, TOT O WHISKEY (Irfan Ali) was inconvenienced and steadied while racing on the inside of FLY AWAY (Sameer Qureshi).
SeahorseAt the start, SEA HORSE (Jai Parkash) was slowly away and lost about two lengths. Jockey Jai Parkash (SEAHORSE) reported that his mount was slowly away as the horse was leaning back in its Stall as the start was effected, thereafter he had ridden out. Not being entirely satisfied with his explanation, he has been cautioned and told that he should be more alert in the starting gates and ensure level start in future.

Amazing JetOn a request from Trainer Sartaj Singh, AMAZING JET was examined at 5.40 p.m. on 4 May 2018 and was found suffering from colic. As such, the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary ground. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any trial or race.
Miss CindrellaAt the start, MISS CINDRELLA (Sameer Qureshi) and AZOTH (Dhanu Singh Deora) jumped out awkwardly.

4 (249) THE ROYAL WESTERN INDIA TURF CLUB CUP (DIV-II)

FlemencoJockey Gurpreet Singh (FLEMENCO) reported that his mount was luggedin in the straight. Trainer Magan Singh has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race.
ArtaxiasAt the start, ARTAXIAS (Md. Asif Khan) jumped awkwardly outwards and went on to GOLDEN COAST who in turn jostled with POWERHAUS (J Chinoy).
PowerhausSoon after the start, POWERHAUS (J Chinoy) shifted inwards with the Jockey making no effort to control the inward movement of his mount and caused interference to GOLDEN COAST (Rajinder Saini). Jockey J Chinoy has been fined Rs.2000/. Near 700 metres, POWERHAUS (J Chinoy) drifted out and the jockey appeared to have no control over his mount and drifted outwards and it appeared that there was no bit in the horse’s mouth and therefore could not be ridden out at all. After the race, POWERHAUS was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time). Trainer A Khan has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.

5 (250) THE CHAIRMAN EMERITUS CUP
TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD		 1200M

Black SwanAt the start, BLACK SWAN (Dhanu S Deora) jumped out awkwardly. Near 900 metres, BLACK SWAN (Dhanu S Deora) was tightened for room and lost position.

6 (251) THE NORTH INDIA DERBY (GR.3)
TERMS - 4 years old only		 1600M

Big OrangeJockey Sandeep Rajput (BIG ORANGE) has been cautioned for allowing his mount to shift out under the use of the whip and not correcting his whip hand in the straight. Jockey Sandeep Rajput (BIG ORANGE) has been asked not to show victory signs before passing the Post.
Animal KingAt the start, ANIMAL KING (Yash Narredu) jumped out awkwardly outwards.
Take A RiskSoon after the start, TAKE A RISK (Dhanu S Deora) shifted in before the Red Marker and went across LOVELY BOY (Arman Ali Jafri) and then went on to BIG ORANGE (Sandeep Rajput). As LOVELY BOY was steadied, ASHWA BAHULA (PS Chouhan) who was following was checked. Jockey Dhanu S Deora has been severely reprimanded.
Shes StrikingThe veterinary examination of SHES STRIKING did not reveal any apparent abnormality and LOVELY BOY had sustained a small injury on Left Fore leg but of no racing significance.

7 (252) THE TURF AUTHORITIES OF INDIA PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46		 1400M

Oh So HotOH SO HOT (Sameer Khan) was reluctant to leave the Paddock and permitting the horse to be led to the Starting Gates would have led to an inordinate delay to the start of the race, as such, the filly was withdrawn. Trainer Rajinder has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race. As a consequence, a Deduction 20% on win & 30% on place was effected.
Patiala PegThe Clerk of the Scales reported that Jockey J Chinoy (PATIALA PEG) was weighingout at a weight that was over and above the overweight that the Jockey was permitted to carry, therefore a change of Jockey was permitted. There was no Jockey available in the same Category and a Jockey from the lower Category was not acceptable to the partOwner. Taking into account the extra ordinary circumstances and any further delay jeopardized the safety of runners due to bad light and also requested by that Owner and with the permission of the Stewards, PATIALA PEG was withdrawn. Jockey J Chinoy was liable for disciplinary action for not weighingout within the permitted overweight. The Jockey informed that he was not informed of the weight at which he was to ride. Whereas Trainer Ajay Sharma maintained that he had informed the Jockey of the weight at which he would be ride PATIALA PEG. The matter has been reported to the Stewards for such action as deemed necessary.
OsculateAn enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of OSCULATE ridden by Jockey M.B.Qureshie.
Whiff Of GoldApproaching 1200 metres, WHIFF OF GOLD (Sameer Qureshi) became keen and at the same time ASHWA CHICAGO (PS Chouhan) was steadied due to which the former clipped the heels of the latter and stumbled.
