Star BabeSTAR BABE (Akshay Kumar) reared up inside the stalls dislodged the jockey and bolted from the front gates and ran the course riderless, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly sustained superficial injuries over left hind. However, the filly was trotting sound.

Trevor (FOREVER SPLENDOUR) that his instructions were to go to front and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the gelding shortened the strides from about the 300 mtrs and got beat at the post inspite of his best efforts. Trainer Laxman Singh while confirming the above added that his charge has got a small dash as such instructed the Jockey to give a chance in the straight which the Jockey followed but still got beaten in the final stages of the race was noted.
