2	(199)	THE THAKUR NANHAR PLATE (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1000M
			3.15 P.M

Sargam	Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner SARGAM in the presence of Trainer Zulfiqar Khan and sent for analytical test.
Acro Polis	Horse ACRO POLIS (dk b c 4yr) ran in race no. 199/1 on date 7th march,2017 On examination after the race horse was found sound. Whereas dental /mouth examination was not possible at that time by the road side.
Hernameiswin	The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that HERNAMEISWIN returned lame on left fore after the race. Trainer Sartaj Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

3	(200)	THE GOTHRA PLATE (DIV-I) TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1100M
			3.45 P.M

Daring	Jockey C S Jodha the rider of DARING reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gate his mount drifted in sharply inspite of his best efforts to keep it on even course thereby inconveniencing GREY TIGER (Sameer Khan) on his inside. The Club’s Veterinary Officer was requested to check the horse for any abnormalities who stated that as the horse is very fractious, hence it needs to be checked in the stables after the race and submit his report thereof.
Grey Tiger	Trainer Sangeet Charan and Jockey Sameer Khan were questioned regarding the running and riding of GREY TIGER especially the colt was restrained till about the 300 metres, thereafter gradually made ground and finished IV some 33/4 lengths behind the winner. The trainer stated that: i) He had instructed the jockey to position 3rd /4th and do his best on entering the straight till such time the horse is going handy and then only ride out as it has a short burst of speed. ii) He further stated that his charge is a rorar which has been observed to be in the morning track practice. iii) In its earlier runs when it was ridden by the same rider it had run on board and he is quite satisfied with the jockey’s handling of his charge in the above race. The jockey corroborating the trainer’s statements stated that he had followed the trainer’s instructions and done his best. Under the circumstances of the race in that he was instructed to apply no pressure till such time the horse was travelling comfortably. “The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported on 8th March 2017 as under: GREY TIGER had wolf teeth on Right Side and sustained bit injury on left side of check. Sore Shin on mid of cannon on right Fore Leg. Entry stopped till passed fit. Accordingly Trainer Sangeet Charan was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race. An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of GREY TIGER Trained by Sangeet Charan and ridden by Jockey Sameer Khan.
Arffa	Jockey Md Asif Khan the rider of ARFFA reported that his mount was running erratic and he had difficulty in riding out his mount and travelled on the outer portion of the race track inspite of his best efforts. Trainer S M Abbas was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.

4	(201)	THE GOTHRA PLATE (DIV-II) TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1100M
			4.15 P.M

French Open	It was observed that FRENCH OPEN (R Parvesh) drifted out and travelled on the outer portion of the race track inspite of the jockey’s best efforts to keep it on an even course. Negotiating the bend and approaching the 500 mts it further drifted out violently, stumbled dislodging its rider. In view of its behavior trainer Sangeet Charan was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track.
Green Apple	Jockey M B Qureshi the rider of GREEN APPLE reported the saddle used on his mount shifted backward approaching the 800 mts. The equipment was examined immediately after the race and found have shifted backward. Trainer I S Parmar was fined Rs. 2000/ for the faulty saddling (1st offence during the race).
Lady Gulnar	Jockey Aqeed Waheed the rider of LADY GULNAR reported that his mount shifted in soon after jumping out of the starting gate which he corrected it immediately thereby inconveniencing PONTY ROSSA (Gurpreet Singh) on his inside.

5	(202)	THE MAHARANA PRATAP PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 80 AND ABOVE	1400M
			4.45 P.M

Master Zidane

Trainer Rajinder and Jockey S Amjad Khan were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of MASTER ZIDANE. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to position 3rd /4th and do his best on entering the straight and ride out with hands and heels and not make use of the whip as in its last outings it had bursts its blood vessel. He further stated that he was not satisfied with the riding of jockey S Amjad Khan in the last 400 mts. Jockey S Amjad Khan corroborating the trainer’s instructions stated that he was instructed not to use the whip as his charge burst it’s blood vessel in the last outing and he had ridden his mount with hands and heels. Not being satisfied with the jockeys explanation he was fined Rs.5000/ for not sufficiently persevering his mount from the 400 mts of the race. The matter was further reported to the Stewards and after deliberations they decided to take into consideration of previous run of the horse wherein it had suffered from epistaxis and also the trainers instructions to refrain use of the whip and that the Jockey was fined to the maximum by the Stipendiary Steward took no further action. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Bramhaputri	Jockey C S Jodha the rider of BRAMHAPUTRI reported the loss of his whip nearing 300 mts.
Yalamlam	Jockey Md Habeeb the rider of YALAMLAM was fined Rs.3000/ for checking his mount soon after jump out for no apparent reason thereby dropping his position.
Miss Bullet	Jockey Shafeeq Ahmed the rider of MISS BULLET was fined Rs.2000 for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gate thereby inconveniencing YALAMLAM( Md Habeeb) on his inside.
