Kohinoor Magic	Jockey Ravinder Singh (KOHINOOR MAGIC) cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the straight.
Cool Spice	The Stewards suspended App. R. Umesh (COOL SPICE) from riding in races with effect from 18th to 30th November, 2009 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he shiftedin 50 metres after the start forcing in MANY THANKS (M Krishna) who in turn shiftedin causing severe interference to STAR SPELLBOUND (D Gnaneshwar) and STORMY GLADIATOR (S Shoban Babu) racing on the rails. Permitted to ride work.
Accordion	ACCORDIN (DEEP SHANKER) fly jumped out of the gates losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
Sixth Element	SIXTH ELEMENT (CH K CHARY) returned bleeding from both nostrils.

Magic Million	Jockey Deep Shanker (MAGIC MILLION) cautioned for shifting out at about the 350 metres taking the ground of ICE MOUNTAIN (A. IMRAN KHAN).
Crown Prince	CROWN PRINCE (M.F. ALI KHAN) dropped back and tried to run out from about the 900 metres inspite of the Jockey’s efforts. Trainer advised.
Informer	INFORMER (S. SREEKANT) veered out soon after the start and thereafter trailed the field. Trainer advised.

Chimney	Explanation of Trainer T. Srinagesh regarding the improved performance of his charge CHIMNEY (M.F. ALI KHAN) that his charge had run after a long lay off of about 1 ½ month and also after the previous i.e., Race No. 143 he had opted to remove the tongue strap and cross nose band which had helped CHIMNEY to improve over her previous run as such the improved performance was accepted.
Royal Bay	Explanation of Jockey S Shoban Babu (ROYAL BAY) that his mount was hanging out throughout the race more so in the straight whereby he had difficulty in riding out on even keel, noted. Trainer M. Satynarayana was advised to take remedial measures.
Avon Gorge	AVON GORGE (M. MARK) planted and lost distance. SSC revoked.

Heydan	Consequent to Jockey Ch K Chary being declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted App. A. Ashhad Asbar to be substituted on HEYDAN. The race was run in a light drizzle.
Leo Dvij	LEO DVIJ (M.F. ALI KHAN) slow into stride losing about 2 to 3 lengths. Trainer advised to show his charge at the gates before next acceptance.
Indradhanush	INDRADHANUSH (VIVEK) planted and lost distance. SSC.

Explanation of Trainer Faiyaz Shaikh re: improved performance of his charge CYGNET (SK.FAROOKH) the winner of this race that his charge had run in race No. 6 during the current winter season for horses 3 years old & upwards after a long lay off of about 1 ½ months as she was treated for the knee and was up there till the last 400 metres eventually finishing 8th as compared to the present engagement which is for horses 4 years & upwards and that his charge had relished the under foot condition as such had gone onto win. The Trainer further stated that he had no further explanation to offer with regard to the improved performance of his charge, noted. He was however cautioned to ensure that his charges raced more consistently in future, failing which he would be liable to disciplinary action

Celtic Shot	CELTIC SHOT (APP. A. ASHHAD ASBAR) refused to be stalled inspite of all efforts was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starters orders on veterinary grounds
Acciaccatura	App. R. Umesh (ACCIACCATURA) was cautioned for shifting in after the start taking the ground of GOLDEN FLAME (A. RAMANA).
Feudal Lords	Consequent to Jockey Ch K Chary being declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey M.F. Ali Khan to be substituted on FEUDAL LORDS. FEUDAL LORDS (M.F. ALI KHAN) was hanging in, in the straight. Tr. Advised.
Rostock	ROSTOCK (M. KRISHNA) slow out of the gates losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Combined Force

Explanation of Jockey R. Rupesh (COMBINED FORCE) that his mount ducked out at about the 1600 metres catching him unaware in the process causing interference to SECRET ASSET (APP. R. UMESH), GOLDEN SABOT (APP. A. ASHHAD ASBAR) and DHRUTIMAN (R. LAXMIKANTH) racing directly behind, noted. Explanation of Jockey R. Rupesh (COMBINED FORCE) that his instructions were to position 4th or 5th which he could follow until entering into the straight and thereafter the gelding did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts, Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh while confirming the above statement opined that the gelding may not have relished the under foot condition and had no further explanation to offer with regard to the poor performance of COMBINED FORCE. Both Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh and Jockey R. Rupesh’s explanations were noted for future reference. Subsequent veterinary examination revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but had sustained a deep cut injury on his left fore front of pastern.

Easy Strides	EASY STRIDES (M. MARK) dwelt and lost about 5 to 6 lengths and then whipped around. Taking no practical part in the race. SSC revoked. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to show his charge in a mock race before next acceptance.
Indian Army	Trainer K.V. Srinivas was cautioned to ensure that his charge INDIAN ARMY (R. LAKSHMIKANTH) the winner of this race ran more consistently in future.
Fleeting Wish	Explanation of Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of FLEETING WISH in the presence of Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju that he had been instructed to position the filly in mid bunch which he could follow until about the 800 metres from where she started dropping back inspite of his efforts eventually finishing off board was confirmed by the Trainer. The Trainer added that the filly probably did not relish the under foot condition, apart from that he had no other plausible explanation to offer. Both the Trainers and Jockeys explanations were noted.
