Ashhad Asbar (FUSION MUSIC) was severely reprimanded for failing to make sufficient efforts to improve his position in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the front runners. App. A. Ashhad Asbar (FUSION MUSIC) cautioned for shifting out at about the 200 metres taking the ground of NARWHAL (SK. FAROOKH).
MonochromeJockey A Ramana (MONOCHROME) cautioned for shifting in 50 metres after the start taking the ground of SUGAR GOLD (Vivek). An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of MONOCHROME trained by Mr. S.S.F. Hassan and ridden by Jockey A. Ramana.
NarwhalNARWHAL (SK. FAROOKH) lost his hind action as the start was given losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

ExecuteEXECUTE (R. LAXMIKANTH) shortened strides at about the 700 metres with the Jockey pulling up and dismounting. Subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the horse was trotting lame on his left fore.
Jay JayExplanation of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh regarding the improved performance of his charge JAY JAY (SK. SHAROOKH) the winner of this race that normally the gelding races well up with the field but could not do so in his previous engagement due to a younger and superior bunch of horses as compared to a weaker set of horses today and as the race was restricted to 4 years old & over and distance being 1600 metres he made the running due to the slow pace which he relishes and had gone onto win, noted.

Cannon ViewTrainer M.V. Narayana Rao was cautioned for failing to exercise sufficient care in the saddling of his charge CANNON VIEW (VIVEK) whose saddle slipped during the race.
King In The SkyExplanation of Jockey A. Ramana (KING IN THE SKY) that his mount was inclined to hang out throughout the race eventually veered out at about the 1200 metres forcing out EXECUTE (R. LAXMIKANTH), noted. Trainer K.V. Srinivas was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.

5 (31) THE RACE CLUB CUP (DIV- II)

Hunting BoyConsequent to Jockey Ch K Chary being declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey R.B. Shinde to be substituted on HUNTING BOY.

Gallant PrinceGALLANT PRINCE (M.F. ALI KHAN) returned bleeding from both nostrils after the race.

7 (33) THE RACE CLUB CUP (DIV- I)
A Handicap for Horses rated upto 50 - 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD(Category-III)		 1000M
Party DollJockey D. Gnaneshwar (PARTY DOLL) cautioned for shifting in at about the 300 metres taking the ground of WINNING STRIDES (APP. A. ASHHAD ASBAR).
Divine GangesDIVINE GANGES (A. RAMANA) was denied a clear passage in the last 200 metres.
Queens FortuneJockey A. Imran Khan (QUEENS FORTUNE) fined Rs. 3,000/ for shifting in at about the 800 metres causing interference to A FIRE WORK (P. UDAY KIRAN) and ROYAL DEGREE (R. RUPESH).
ElitaELITA (R.B. SHINDE) fell and dislodged the rider at about the 650 metres. Subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the filly sustained fracture of sacral vertebra. Jockey R.B. Shinde was rendered immediate medical aid and is under observation. ELITA was put down on humanitarian grounds.
