Zulima	Jockey D.M. Fentiman (ZULIMA) cautioned for shifting in at about the 400 metres taking the ground of KANSAS CITY MAC (P.S. CHOUHAN).
Onti Onti Onti	An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of KING OF COURT trained by Mr. M.V. Narayana Rao and ridden by Jockey Vivek.
Canopus	CANOPUS (M.F. ALI KHAN) and DREAM DANCER (APP. R. UMESH) dropped back from about the 800 metres and trailed the field. Trainers Faiyaz Shaikh and A. Vatsalya were advised to ensure that their charges were capable of a better performance before next acceptance.

Jaan Baaz	Jockeys Ch K Chary (JAAN BAAZ) and M.F. Ali Khan (TOOFAN EXPRESS) were severely cautioned for shifting in and out respectively soon after the start crowding the runners drawn in between in the process causing a check to REALTOR (T.G. MCLAUGHLIN).
Scamper	SCAMPER (A. IMRAN KHAN) veered out at about the 2000 metres onto the sand track inspite of the Jockeys efforts and was subsequently brought in at about the 1600 metres. Trainer K. Satheesh was advised to show his charge in a mock race before next acceptance.

Anil (STEEL BREAKER) fined Rs. 1,000/ for shifting in soon after the start causing interference to CALADIUM (APP. A. ASHHAD ASBAR). App. A. Ashhad Asbar (CALADIUM) cautioned for shifting out passing 400 metres forcing out STAY LOYAL (A. IMRAN KHAN).

Pasadena	PASADENA (M.F. Ali Khan) veered out soon after the start inspite of the Jockeys efforts. Trainer L.D’Silva was advised to show his charge at the gates before next acceptance.
Sun Bird	Explanation of Jockey Deep Shanker (SUN BIRD) in the presence of Trainer L.D’Silva that he was unable to follow the given instructions of positioning his mount 3rd or 4th as his mount was keen soon after jump out and found himself in front, noted. However, Jockey Deep Shanker was severely cautioned to ensure that he follow the given instructions more implicitly in future.

Leo Dvij	Explanation of Jockey Stephen Carson (LEO DVIJ) that he was tightened for room soon after the start whereby he could not position his mount as instructed and was forced to travel at the rear end of the field until about the 600 metres and thereafter he had ridden out his mount to the best of his ability, noted.
Habituated	Jockey Arvind Joshi (HABITUATED) severely cautioned for failing to ride out his mount more vigorously in the final stages of the race.
Corps Command	CORPS COMMAND (M.F. ALI KHAN) returned lame on his right fore after the race.

Imaan	IMAAN (STEPHEN CARSON) was trotting lame on her right fore due to a sprained knee as such was permitted to be withdrawn .
Winning Strides	The Stewards suspended Jockey Laxman (WINNING STRIDES) from riding in races with effect from 19th December, 2009 to 4th January, 2010 both days inclusive for failing to persevere with his mount in the final stages of the race. Permitted to ride work.
Lavender Mist	Jockey S. Shoban Babu (LAVENDER MIST) reported that his mount was hanging in, throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M. Satyanarayana was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
Tillcowscomehome	Jockey Deep Shanker (TILLCOWSCOMEHOME) cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course soon after the start.
Scorching Affair	SCORCHING AFFAIR (M F ALI KHAN) was tightened for room soon after the start.

Scorcher(O)	Jockey Deep Shanker (SCORCHER) cautioned for shifting in soon after the start taking the ground of SIDDIPET EXPRESS (APP. A. ASHHAD ASBAR).
Booster	Explanation of Jockey M.F. Ali Khan (BOOSTER) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
Charging Cheeta	CHARGING CHEETA (LAXMAN) trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer Sk. Kassam was advised to ensure that his charge was capable of a better performance before next acceptance.

Vinaleo	Explanation of Jockey D.M. Fentiman (VINALEO) that as he found himself in front soon after the start whereby he was forced to check his mount 100 metres after the start in order to follow the given instructions of positioning his mount a close 3rd or 4th, noted.
