Chief's ArrowTrainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was fined Rs.10,000/ by the Stewards for accepting his charge, CHIEF`S ARROW (Shivnath Paswan) when it was under Ban; Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn.
Double TroublePermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to withdraw DOUBLE TROUBLE on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on left hind due to foot abscess; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
EudoraJockey Vijay Kumar, the rider of EUDORA, was questioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Rakesh as to the handling of his mount in the above Race. He was informed that the fact that he had won the Race, no action will be taken and a similar riding display in future will be reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
Italian StallionITALIAN STALLION (R Ajay Kumar) accidentally brushed the Railings, passing the 1100 Metres and also, passing the 1000 Metres.
DurerDURER (K Raghu) accidentally brushed the Railings, passing the 600 Metres.
Young GallantJockey R Rayan Ahmed, the rider of YOUNG GALLANT, reported that his mount was hanging `in` throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Vroom VroomVROOM VROOM (L Prashant) stumbled soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. VROOM VROOM (L Prashant) sustained clipped injury on right hind cannon.
Vijaya DynastyIt was reported after the Race that VIJAYA DYNASTY (M J Gautam Raj Urs) sustained complete fracture of left fore fetlock; Under the circumstances, it was euthanized on humanitarian grounds.

Secret TouchTrainer Mr. T Natraj was fined Rs.10,000/ by the Stewards for accepting his charge, SECRET TOUCH (H Rahul), to run in the above Race when it was under Ban; Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn.
High ResponseAs Jockey R Manish, the declared rider of HIGH RESPONSE, was certified medically unfit after his ride in the Second Race and as no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to withdraw HIGH RESPONSE from the above Race.
All InALL IN (M Rajesh Kumar) jumped awkwardly `outwards` and PREMIER ACE (Ramandeep S Bal) jumped awkwardly `inwards`, thereby, colliding with each other at the start.

AmarisAMARIS (Imran Chisty) was examined at the Gates and observed to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s Order; Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
BatmanJockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of BATMAN, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. BATMAN (K Sai Kiran) sustained bruises on both hind planter fetlock.
El TycoonPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to substitute Jockey K Raghu to ride EL TYCOON in place of Jockey R Manish, the declared rider.
Oceanic StormJockey Rahil Akhtar, the rider of OCEANIC STORM, was reprimanded for travelling wide, rounding the final bend, for no apparent reason; He was further reprimanded in the presence of Trainer Mr. Rakesh to improve his riding in future and the Trainer was also informed to ensure that his ward rides well in future.
Dont Trust Any OneDONT TRUST ANYONE (M Rajesh Kumar) planted and thereafter, took a fly jump and did not raise a fluent gallop; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.
KingoftheworldIt was observed that KINGOFTHEWORLD (H Rahul), which was very keen, had to be checked and steadied by its rider between the 1200 Metres and 1100 Metres and again passing the 900 Metres, to avoid striking the frontrunner.

4 (54) THE KUTTA PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (6 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)

AbderusJockey J Paswan, the rider of ABDERUS, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was questioned as to the relative performance of his charge ABDERUS (J Paswan), the winner of this Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 38 of the Mysore Winter Races 201819, i.e., The Brig. C.C.Mohan Memorial Plate Div – II, (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, run on 6th Day, Tuesday, 25th December, 2018, when ridden by Jockey B Harish, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse ran on the Mysore Derby day (21st October, 2018) and it had got hurt; b) He had given it considerable rest and then started giving it work and the horse came on; c) Its first run in the Mysore Winter Races 201819 was in Race no. 32 and over six furlongs, for horses 5 years old and over, where it had finished a close 7th, about 4 lengths behind the winner; d) In its next run in open class, the rider had accidentally dropped the whip and had travelled and entered the Straight wide, but despite assistance from the saddle, it had finished about 4 ½ lengths behind the winner; e) As it was a 9 year old horse and as there were not many races for such horses, he chose to run it in the above Race; f) In this run, even though he had not fancied its chances, he had told the rider to go all out and his charge just about won the Race despite drifting out in the closing stages of the above Race. His explanations were noted.
Dancing BluesJockey S Antony Raj, the rider of DANCING BLUES, placed Second by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey J Paswan, the rider of ABDERUS, placed First by the Judge, for `in the last 100 Metres, the winner took my ground and drifted `out` badly, which cost me a certain Race`; The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Jockeys S Antony Raj, J Paswan and K Raghu [the rider of AZURE FIRE, placed Third by the Judge]; After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.
Azure FirePermission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey K Raghu to ride AZURE FIRE in place of Jockey R Manish, the declared rider. Jockey J Paswan, the rider of ABDERUS, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting out sharply and causing interference to AZURE FIRE (K Raghu) and DANCING BLUES (S Antony Raj), on his outside in the closing stages of the Race.
UnbelievableJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of UNBELIEABLE, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `out` and causing interference to ABDERUS (J Paswan) on his outside, passing the 150 Metres.
Haloween's WayJockey Nazar Alam, the rider of HALOWEEN`S WAY, reported that he accidentally lost both his stirrups, soon after the Start, which he regained, passing the 1100 Metres.
Dare The DonJockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of DARE THE DON, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to UNBELIEVABLE (Arshad Alam) on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres.
CastlebarIt was reported after the Race that CASTLEBAR (Irvan Singh) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
