Coup De Grace	COUP DE GRACE (App P Vikram) which was fractious in its stall was slow to begin.It was observed that soon after the start the left fore shoe of COUP DE GRACE (App P Vikram) had come off.
The Stradle	THE STRADLE ((App Hasib Alam) was fractious while being stalled.
Avarua	AVARUA (Hindu Singh) was slow to begin.

Respect	RESPECT (Ajeet Kumar) arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised to ensure that his charge arrives on time in future.
Summerhill	Approaching the 1200 metres SUMMER HILL (Suraj Narredu) had to be checked by its rider and lost some ground due to the crowding of the field.
Dangal	DANGAL (P S Chouhan) was fractious while being stalled.
Cocoanut	COCOANUT (Afzal Khan) was fractious in its stall.
Tough Enough	TOUGH ENOUGH (App Sujit Kr. Paswan) and JOSS (Md Islam) were slow to begin.

Fabienne	FABIENNE (App P Vikram) which was fractious while being stalled fly jumped out from the gates.
Leopard Creek	Jockey Robbie Downey, the rider of b g LEOPARD CREEK, reported that his mount was not striding fluently throughout the race. The gelding was examined immediately after the race by the Veterinary Officer and found to be trotting sound. Tr. Bharath Singh was advised to get his charge examined once again by the Veterinary Officer and report ailment, if any.
Nextstar	Passing the 300 metres NEXTSTAR (P S Chouhan) was inconvenienced when THE KISS (A Sandesh) shifted ‘outwards’ to avoid clipping the heels of the front runners.

Multitude	An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of b h MULTITUDE, ridden by Jockey A Sandesh and trained by Mr. Vijay Singh.
Copernicus	COPERNICUS (Nikhil Naidu) was slow to begin.

Kambaku

Tr. A Mangalorkar when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his charge dk b h KAMBAKU (C Alford) which had taken an unduly long lead in the early and middle stages of the race which had a bearing on its eventual placing stated that he had instructed the Jockey to settle the horse during the initial stages of the race. However, the animal which is known to take a very strong hold bolted, hence, no blame could be attributed to the Jockey. The Stipendiary Stewards made note of the explanation.

Mr Fogg's	MR FOGG’S (R Shelar) was fractious while being stalled.
Knights Gambit	KNIGHTS GAMBIT (App R S Bhati) did not raise a gallop soon after the start and thereafter took no practical part in the race. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.
