AlfonsoAfter being stalled, ALFONSO (R. Ajinkya) ducked the front gate and got cast underneath. As such, the gelding was withdrawn from the race before coming under the Starter’s Order. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
WildhornAfter the race, WILDHORN was observed to have an abrasion at the left hind bulb of heel, and SUPER ICON had a cut injury at the right fore bulb of heel. ALFONSO was found to be sound.
Jorden PrinceJORDEN PRINCE (App. N. Nadeem) jumped out slow, losing about 2 lengths at the start.
AdamantiumAt the start, MASKED BANDITO (Bhawani Singh dr. 10) jumped outwards and made contact with LAKSH (Kavraj Singh dr. 11).

ArakAn objection was lodged by Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of ARAK (Placed Fourth) against JORDANA (Suraj Narredu, Placed Third). The reason being, at 400 metres JORDANA was 6 horses wide and then shifted in gradually and near 200 metres took his ground, due to which he had to stop riding for 3 or 4 strides and Jockey Suraj Narredu used the whip with the left hand and did not correct his mount and this cost him the third place.
Night Of StarsJockey Kavraj Singh (NIGHT OF STARS) has been fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for dropping his hands before passing the winning post thereby losing the Fourth Place.
Magic In The AirAfter the race, MAGIC IN THE AIR was trotted and found to be sound.

Royal ClassicApproaching the 100 metres, App. S. A. Amit (ROYAL CLASSIC) shifted in under urgings thereby inconveniencing STAR SCHOLAR (S. J. Sunil) who had to be steadied. App. S. A. Amit has been fined Rs.2,000/.
MatrioshkaAt the start, MATRIOSHKA (D. S. Daman dr. 5) was slow to begin and shifted inwards. After the race Jockey D. S. Daman reported that his mount threw its head up while coming out of the barrier.
Star ScholarSoon after the start, STAR SCHOLAR (S. J. Sunil) shifted in thereby inconveniencing SAMURAI (App. Vishal N. Bunde).
Roman GoldAfter the race, ROMAN GOLD and COAT OF ARMS were trotted and found to be sound,

Royal EyesThe Sr. V.O. reported that ROYAL EYES (Neeraj Rawal) was examined on arrival at the starting gates and was observed to be dull and reluctant to trot and stiff from both hind. As such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under the Starter’s Order. The filly was sent to the Equine Hospital in the Horse Ambulance for further management. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Flight Of PhoenixPassing the 800 metres, FLIGHT OF PHOENIX (P. Trevor) shifted in thereby inconveniencing SLAM DUNK (Hanumant Singh) who had to be steadied. Jockey P. Trevor has been cautioned.
Slam DunkPassing the 200 metres, SLAM DUNK (Hanumant Singh) drifted out under pressure and finished the race on the middle of the course.
ProminenceAfter the race, PROMINENCE was observed to have an abrasion at the right coronet and left hind bulb of heel.
New EnglandAfter the race, NEW ENGLAND was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Silver RiverAt the start, SILVER RIVER (App. K. Nazil dr. 11) jumped inwards at the same time PROMINENCE (S. J. Sunil dr. 9) jumped outwards due to which WAR DECLARATION (D. A. Naik dr. 8) was tightened for room and had to be checked.
WarlockAt the start, WARLOCK (C. Umesh dr. 5) jumped outwards on to TRIPPLE THEAT (Akshay dr. 6) Approaching the 800 metres, WARLOCK (C. Umesh) shifted out and went across TRIPPLE THREAT (Akshay). Approaching the 700 metres, WARLOCK (C. Umesh) shifted out thereby inconveniencing PROMINENCE (S. J. Sunil) who had to be steadied. After the race, Jockey C. Umesh (WARLOCK) reported that his mount was inclined to run out throughout the race. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures.

HeatherAfter the race, HEATHER was observed to have a cut injury at the right hind bulb of heel. MYRTLEWOOD was found to be sound.

The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

Bidstone HillApproaching the 700 metres, BIDSTONE HILL (App. H. Zeeshan) shifted out thereby inconveniencing ROMANTIC LASS (D. S. Daman).
Phoenix KnightAt the start, PHOENIX KNIGHT (C. S. Jodha dr. 4) shifted in and bumped BATMAN (F. Irani dr. 3) who had to be checked. On questioning, Jockey C. S. Jodha stated that his mount had shifted in despite his efforts as such trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures.
Sunny SeaSoon after the start, SUNNY SEA (Shrikant Kamble) shifted in thereby inconveniencing PHOENIX KNIGHT (C. S. Jodha) who had to be checked. After the race, SUNNY SEA was observed to have an abrasion at the right hind pastern, JIMBO had a gum injury and MIND OF MADNESS had lost its left hind plate. PALACE GIRL, PHOENIX KNIGHT and MIND OF MADNESS were found to be sound.

Golden HordeAt the start, GOLDEN HORDE (Santosh G. dr. 2) jumped outwards and made contact with NOBLE CHIEFTAIN (D. A. Naik dr. 3) thereafter shifted in tightening SHE’S ALL MINE (C. S. Jodha dr. 1) along the rails. Passing the 400 metres, GOLDEN HORDE (Santosh G.) shifted out thereby inconveniencing GREAT ARTIST (Shrikant Kamble) Jockey Santosh G. has been cautioned. After the race, GOLDEN HORDE was observed to have a cut injury at the left hind fetlock. NOBLE CHIEFTAIN and SHE’S ALL MINE were found to be sound.

Scarlet Of HopeSoon after the start, Akshay Gaikwad (SCARLET OF HOPE) shifted in and cut across the field thereby inconveniencing horses drawn on his inside. Thereafter approaching the 700 Metres he further shifted in tightening MT TIANMEN (App. S. A. Amit) and WIND CRAFT (P. Trevor) along the rails. Jockey Akshay Gaikwad has been suspended for two days.
AsahiASAHI (S. Mosin) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Rehanullah Khan has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
SindbaadSINDBAAD (R. Rupesh) was also reluctant to be stalled. Since the gelding had behaved in a similar manner in its previous start, Trainer Nirad Karanjawala has been asked to take remedial measures and to show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter in a Mock Race, before next accepting to race.
ZadoraThe saddle used on ZADORA was observed to have shifted forward as such Trainer Nosher Cama has been fined Rs. 2,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge. After the race, ZADORA, BULLION EXPRESS, MILLENIUM FALCON and ASAHI were trotted and found to be sound. ASAHI had an injury at the right nostril.

MathaiyusPassing the 1400 Metres MATHAIYUS (N. S. Parmar) shifted in thereby tightening PRETTY ANGEL (Bhawani Singh) along the rails Jockey N. S. Parmar has been cautioned.
RaeesApproaching the 400 Metres Jockey T. S. Jodha (RAEES) racing behind COMIC TIMING (D. S. Daman) tried to make his run along the rails and was inconvenienced due to insufficient room.
DibabaSoon after the start DIBABA (C. S. Jodha) shifted in on to BAY OF LOVE (App. N. Nadeem)
Al MaishaAfter the race, COMIC TIMING, MARVEL, Q‘E’D, DANSE DEBONAIRE and ON FLEEK (examined on 10/10/2016) were trotted and found to be sound.
On FleekPassing the 400 Metres ON FLEEK (P. Trevor) weakened and leaned inwards thereby tightening RAPID GIRL (S. A. Amit) forcing the latter to check and change course.
NicanoraNICANORA (S. Joseph) lost about 7 lengths at the start. Tr. Sangramsinh N. Joshi has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
