1	(9)	THE OBLIGADO HANDICAP A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1200M

Zurvan	Jockey Mohit Singh, the rider of ZURVAN, was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for excessive use of the whip (1st offence).
Zandra	ZANDRA (Pintu Das) was fractious while being stalled. Jockey Pintu Das, the rider of ZANDRA, was reprimanded for unnecessary calling out during the running of the race. The Veterinary Officer reported that ZANDRA returned with cut injury on right hock.
Chinaman	CHINAMAN (Afzal Khan) finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised not to accept with the gelding until it was capable of a better performance.

			1:30 PM

Running Hand

An enquiry was held immediately after the running of the race with particular reference to the fall of b c RUNNING HAND (App Akash Rajput) during the concluding stages of the race. At the conclusion of the enquiry it was established that the colt which maintained an erratic course during the final stages of the race had accidentally clipped the heels of ZEPHIR (Gajender Singh) and fell. As no blame could be attached to any rider the ‘All Clear’ signal was ordered to be hoisted. App Akash Rajput was given immediate medical attention and taken to the hospital for further medical management. The colt was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to have sustained cut injury on left fore and left hind. Tr. James Mckeown was advised not to accept with the colt until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Majestic

MAJESTIC (S Zervaan) was slow to begin. Approaching the 300 metres b f MAJESTIC (S Zervaan) making progress on the outside of RUNNING HAND (App Akash Rajput) was denied a clear run when RUNNING HAND shifted ‘outwards’ and once again passing the distance post the filly was denied a clear run on attempting to make progress between MAJESTIC and ZEPHIR (Gajender Singh) when ZEPHIR shifted ‘inwards’.

Saudagar	SAUDAGAR (Md Azharuddin) was slow to begin.
Clairvoyance	CLAIRVOYANCE (Mudassar Nazar) was fractious while being stalled.
Romancer	ROMANCER (App Munna Alam) and SAUDAGAR (Md. Azharuddin) arrived late to the start. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to ensure that his charges arrive on time to the start in future.
Rani Thea	App Ranidan Singh, the rider of ch f RANI THEA which drifted to the outer portion of the race track, was severely reprimanded for making no effort to keep his mount on a straight course when placing it under pressure with the use of the whip. On passing the winning post the filly was brought to an abrupt halt and on immediate veterinary examination was found to be lame on left fore. Tr. Jasbir Singh was informed not to accept with the filly until passed fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Ashi Nangsey	ASHI NANGSEY (C Alford, drawn 2) and GLAMOUROUS GLORY (Arman Khan, drawn 3) made contact with each other soon after the start. Jockey C Alford, the rider of ASHI NANGSEY which was travelling along the rails, was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/ for shifting ground ‘outwards’ when not adequately clear of GLAMOUROUS GLORY (Arman Khan) which had to be checked by its rider and lost some ground approaching the 900 metres. ASHI NANGSEY (C Alford) was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination no ailment was reported.
Glamourous Glory	GLAMOUROUS GLORY (Arman Khan) was fractious in its stall. Some distance after the start GLAMOUROUS GLORY (Arman Khan, drawn 3) and CLAIRVOYANCE (Mudassar Nazar, drawn 4) made contact with each other.

Thunder On	THUNDER ON (App Ranidan Singh) was slow to begin.
My Lady Luck	MY LADY LUCK (Nelson Maseyk) jumped awkwardly from the gates. MY LADY LUCK (Nelson Maseyk) and ANOTHER GLORY (J Chinoy) made contact with each other on entering the straight.

6	(14)	THE HILLIARD CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 81 & ABOVE	1400M

Acrider	ACRIDER (C Alford) was inclined to run ‘outwards’ when placed under pressure with the use of the whip during the final stages of the race.
Copernicus	COPERNICUS (A Ashhad Asbar) was slow to begin.
Noverro	NOVERRO (S Zervaan) which was resaddled at the start, was fractious while being stalled.
Adzukis	ADZUKIS (App Munna Alam) was fractious while being stalled.

7	(15)	THE RAJCOOMAR GUJADHUR MEMORIAL CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 61 TO 86	1100M
			3:30 PM

Shining Melody	As Tr. H S Bath was unable to substitute a jockey in lieu of App Akash Rajput, b f SHINING MELODY, a declared starter in the above race was permitted to be withdrawn.
Regal	The Veterinary Officer reported that b f REGAL returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. Vijay Singh was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Kanya Kalyan	KANYA KALYAN (A Ashhad Asbar) was fractious inside its stall. Passing the distance post KANYA KALYAN (A Ashhad Asbar) was severely bumped by KING KONG (App Hindu Singh) which shifted ‘inwards’ when placed under pressure with the whip. At a subsequent enquiry both riders were interviewed and App Hindu Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for careless riding.
