Solid Gold

Prior to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey Rajinder Saini the rider of SOLID GOLD requested to view the race video with a view to considering lodging an objection. After viewing the video Jockey Rajinder Saini decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an objection was lodged by Jockey Rajinder Saini the rider of SOLID GOLD placed second by the Judge against Jockey R Rakesh the rider of BLUE HORSE placed first by the Judge for “ coming in sharply at 200 mts , crossing me badly and forcing me to check my mount due to which my mount broke its stride and leaned and unbalanced and I could not ride out properly and that cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded. Trainer Raj Kumar Saini was called in and questioned regarding the body weight of his charge SOLID GOLD wherein comparing to its previous run it has lost 16 kgs within a span of 40 days. The trainer had no tangible explanation; however, he was informed to furnish the body weights of his charge after its last run on 31.1.2017 to till date.

Mr Singh	Permission was granted to Trainer Richpal Singh to withdraw MR SINGH on veterinary ground as it had sustained a deep cut injury on right side of lip, at the seat of bit. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Danski	Jockey Aqeed Waheed the rider of DANSKI reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gates his mount suddenly shied away from the railings thereby inconveniencing ASHWA SAANGA (Bhawani Singh) which passed it onto MISS CINDRELLA (Sameer Qureshi). The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that DANSKI and MISS CINDRELLA bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horses have been banned from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeders).Trainers Zulfiqar Khan and I S Parmar were advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Ashwa Saanga	Jockey Bhawani Singh the rider of ASHWA SAANGA reported that approaching 300 mts when he applied pressure his mount drifted out inspite of its best efforts to keep it on an even course. In view of its behavior Trainer I S Parmar was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.

Comprehensive	Permission was granted to Trainer Richpal Singh to withdraw COMPREHENSIVE on veterinary ground as it sustained cut injury under the tongue. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Shivalik Charm	Permission was granted to Trainer Ajay Sharma to withdraw SHIVALIK CHARM on veterinary ground as it was lame on right fore . He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Vocabulary	Jockey R Rakesh the rider of VOCABULARY was fined Rs.2000/ for permitting his mount to shift out negotiating the bend thereby inconveniencing MR FORD (Akash Rajput) on his outside and again approaching the 200 mts he permitted his mount to shift out thereby inconveniencing MR FORD.
Ashwa Queen	ASHWA QUEEN (Irfan Ali) planted and lost sufficient grounds and the start, and ran detached from the field .In view of its behavior, trainer I S Parmar was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track.

Miss Ferrari	Jockey Ramandeeep Singh Bal the rider of MISS FERRARI reported that approaching 300 mts his reins momentarily slipped which he gathered immediately.
Four By Four	Jockey G Deepak Singh the rider of FOUR BY FOUR reported that his mount jumped awkwardly inwards from the starting gate. Trainer S M Abbas was advised to give sufficient gate practice to his charge before accepting with it again in a race.

Morning Devotion	Jockey Sameer Kahan the rider of MORNING DEVOTION was fined Rs.5000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race.(2nd offence during the meeting).
Big News	As the start was effected BIG NEWS (Kundan Paswan) jumped awkwardly inwards thereby bumped into GREY GOOSE (Md Habeeb) wherein jockey momentarily loosing his balance.
Friends Again	Jockey R Rakesh the rider of FRIENDS AGAIN reported that negotiating the bend his mount stumbled. Jockey R Rakesh the rider of FRIENDS AGAIN was fined Rs.3000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race.(1st offence during the meeting).

Shantiroop	The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that SHANTIROOP bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeder). Trainers H A Khan was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Winners Gold	Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal the rider of WINNERS GOLD reported that approaching the 700 mts he had to check his mount to avoid clipping the front runner ASHWA ABHIRAJ (Bhawani Singh).
