Arabian PromisePermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. to withdraw ARABIAN PROMISE (R. Anand) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have fever. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Revan StarCALICO KING (V.R.Jagadeesh) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dheeraj. V was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of CALICO KING was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing KRISTINE (Arshad Alam) on his outside passing the 1100 Meters.

Supreme HeightsSUPREME HEIGHTS (A. Ashok Kumar) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have Endoscopy (ILH Grade –III).
GarciaGARCIA (Ryan Marshall) jumped out awkwardly. Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of GARCIA reported that his mount was throwing its head up repeatedly between 900 Meters and 700 Meters. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sharp molars and buccal mucosal injury. Hence, Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was fined Rs.3,000/ for negligence in the discharge of his duties as a trainer (1st infringement).
