Chilly BreezeJockey Chethan Gowda rider of CHILLY BREEZE was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing ASHWA VIKRANT (Irvan Singh) on his outside, in the last 150 Metres of the race.

Royston RockPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw his charge ROYSTON ROCK (R Ajay Kumar) on veterinary grounds from the above Race, as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to hoof puncture; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Thea's DreamTHEA`S DREAM (Nazar Alam) was slowly away, jumped awkwardly outwards thereby losing few lenghts at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. THEA`S DREAM (Nazar Alam) sustained bruise on left chest wall.
Orion PrincessJockey Afsar Khan, the rider of ORION PRINCESS, reported that his mount was hanging `out` throughout the race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Queen Of TurfRoutine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m QUEEN OF TURF.
AscendentJockey Chethan Gowda was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards, in the presence of Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa as to his riding, on his mount ASCENDENT, in the above Race. Not being satisfied with his explanation, Jockey Chethan Gowda was fined Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient effort to ride out his mount, in the straight. He was informed that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
SardiniaJockey R Rayan Ahmed, the rider of SARDINIA, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported.

Scarlet PrincessPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S to withdraw SCARLET PRINCESS (Afsar Khan) on veterinary grounds as it fell in the saddling enclosure and sustaned bruises on right fore knee; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
YaadeinYAADEIN (P Sai Kumar) was extremely fractious on its way to Starting Gate; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders.

7 (7) THE SHARAVATHI PLATE

Intrepid WarriorTrainer P C Tejaswi and Jockey V R Jagdeesh were questioned as to the running and riding of INTREPID WARRIOR, in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse was running in the higher class and that it had been running in this set and class after almost two years; b) He had instructed his rider to sit in 3rd, 4th or 5th position, not to punish the horse too much and coming into the straight to ride it out; c) His rider had ridden according to instructions, but his charge did not respond to the rider`s urging and finished a poor 4th; Jockey V R Jagdeesh, while corroborating the explanations of the Trainer, added that despite his best efforts in the Straight, his mount did not respond at all and was running there and there itself. Their explanations were noted for future reference.
His EminenceHIS EMINENCE (M J GautamRajUrs) was slowly away and lost few lengths at straight. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey M J GautamRajUrs, the rider of HIS EMINENCE, reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 500 Metres.
D SmileTrainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.2,000/ for not taking prior permission for the use of Hind Leg Bandages, on his charge D SMILE (Anil Baandal), in the above Race.
AscendencyJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of AL DORADO, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `out` and causing interference to ASCENDENCY (H M Akshay), on his outside, passing 1200 Metres and as such, the latter stumbled.
