Dim DimPermission was granted to Trainer K Ali Khan to withdraw DIM DIM on veterinary grounds as it was lame on Right Fore . He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Bella MiaJockey Praveen Saini the rider of BELLA MIA was severely reprimanded for riding a incompetent race in that in the final stages of the race, he had loosen his reins thereby he did not have control over his mount. Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner BELLA MIA in the presence of Trainer Shakti Singh and was sent for analytical test.

Love You LotsJockey R Rakesh the rider of LOVE YOU LOTS was questioned regarding his riding. He stated that he was instructed to position 3rd/4th and do his best on entering the straight and that he had followed the trainer’s instructions and was quite confident of his mount winning the race. However not being satisfied with his explanation he was informed that in view of him winning the race no action has been initiated beyond noting down his explanation failing which he would have been reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action. Trainer Rajinder on questioning stated that the jockey could have been more vigorous on his mount in the final stages of the race. Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner LOVE YOU LOTS in the presence of Trainer Rajinder and was sent for analytical test.
Miss BlitzJockey Muzammil Hashmi the rider of MISS BLITZ reported that as the start was effected his mount refused to jump out thereby loosing some grounds at the start. Trainer H Ali Khan was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it in a race.
FizaJockey Riazuddin the rider of FIZA reported that his mount jumped out awkwardly from the starting gate as the start was effected. It was observed that negotiating the bend it drifted out and travelled on the outer portion of the race track. Trainer I S Parmar was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.
Marni MotoThe Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MARNI MOTO sustained a cut injury on right leg during the race. Trainer Ajay Sharma was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

3 (3) THE DELHI AGE PLATE

SuraagnaSURAAGNA (Dhanu S Deora) was very fractious and refused to be loaded as such it was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order. In consequence of SURAAGNA being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order a deduction of 50% on win and 50% on place was effected.
BramhaputriUrine sample was taken for analysis from the winner BRAMHAPUTRI in the presence of Trainer Rajinder and was sent for analytical test.
Miss ColombianaAs Jockey D Kumar did not reach to fulfill his riding engagements due to unavoidable circumstances, hence permission was granted to Trainer Irfan Ali to substitute Jockey Riazuddin to ride MISS COLOMBIANA in place of Jockey D Kumar the declared rider.
Miss CindrellaTrainer I.S Parmar was fined Rs.1000/ for failing to produce the registered owner’s colours at the scales in respect of his charge MISS CINDRELLA subsequently ALL BLACK emergency colours were permitted to use.

4 (4) THE RACING TIPS PLATE

Ashwa ChicagoUrine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ASHWA CHICAGO in the presence of Trainer A Saulez and was sent for analytical test.
Bright HaloJockey Himalaya S Pawar the rider of BRIGHT HALO was questioned regarding his riding on his mount . He stated that he was instructed to position 2nd/3rd and do his best on entering the straight and win the race. Trainer Rajinder also confirmed the instruction and stated that the jockey could have been more vigorous in his riding. An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of BRIGHT HALO.
Hot BloodJockey Naresh Kumar the rider of HOT BLOOD was reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gate thereby inconveniencing SPEED HUNT (V R Jagadeesh) which in turn passed it onto ZAMARIAH (Ranjeet Singh) along the rails which had to be checked by its rider. He was further reprimanded for not sufficiently persevering with his mount in the final stages of the race.

5 (6) THE RACING REPORTER PLATE

Master VanperiseThe Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MASTER VANPERISE sustained a cut injury on right leg during the race. Trainer Irfan Ali was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race. Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner MASTER VANPERISE in the presence of Trainer Irfan Ali and was sent for analytical test.
MidlexessTrainer Richpal Singh and Jockey Ranjeet Singh were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of MIDLEXESS. The trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to go to the front and do his best on entering in the straight and further stated that his charge did not respond to the Jockey’s urgings. Jockey confirmed the trainer’s instructions and stated his mount did not respond to his urgings in the final stages of the race. Their explanations were noted for future reference.
