At the start, GOLDIE’S PET (P. Trevor, dr.8) jumped outwards and had to be steadied. Thereafter, GOLDIE’S PET shifted in and went across the field thereby inconveniencing ROOSEVELT (A. Sandesh) and POWERHAUS (Dashrath Singh). Jockey P. Trevor has been cautioned.

Nightfall	Jockey Altaf Sayyed (NIGHTFALL) has been fined Rs.3,000/ for having used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
Koal	Passing 200 metres, KOAL (D. S. Daman) shifted in and at the same time HAPPY BIRTHDAY (Neeraj Rawal) shifted out thereby inconveniencing WINDHOEK (C. S. Jodha). Jockey D. S. Daman has been cautioned.
Sweep Aside	Approaching 300 metres, SWEEP ASIDE (P. S. Chouhan) shifted in thereby tightening and inconveniencing HAPPY BIRTHDAY (Neeraj Rawal), TORREZZO (A. Sandesh) and HARMONY (Dashrath Singh). On being questioned after the race, Jockey P. S. Chouhan stated that his mount hung in despite his efforts. Trainer C. D. Katrak has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the mare.
Secret Flame	Approaching 1000 metres, SECRET FLAME (N. S. Parmar) shifted in thereby inconveniencing SWEEP ASIDE (P. S.Chouhan) who had to be steadied.
Harmony	After the race, HARMONY was observed to have a cut injury at the right fore coronet. TORREZZO, SWEEP ASIDE, HAPPY BIRTHDAY and GOLDEN ORCHID (examined on 14/08/2017) were found to be sound in the trot.

Colombiana	Jockey A. Imran Khan (COLOMBIANA) has been fined Rs.2,000/ for raising his hand as a Victory sign before passing the Winning Post.
Germanicus	From the top of the straight, GERMANICUS (A. Sandesh) did not get a clear passage whereby he had to check his mount and change course and make his move from the outside.

In My Dream	After the race, IN MY DREAM and VOLANTIS were trotted and found to be sound. IN MY DREAM had a cut injury at the left hind fetlock.

Forest Fairy	Approaching 1200 metres, FOREST FAIRY (A. Imran Khan) shifted in thereby tightening MAGIC DUST (Dashrath Singh) who had to be checked. Jockey A. Imran Khan has been fined Rs.2,000/.
My Precious	At the start, MY PRECIOUS (Neeraj Rawal, dr.5) jumped inwards and went across MAGIC DUST (Dashrath Singh, dr.4) who was slow to begin. The Equine Hospital reported that MY PRECIOUS had a left eye injury (corneal ulcer with severe lacrimation).
Malavika	Jockey Vishal N. Bunde (MALAVIKA) pointed out in the Parade Ring that the saddle used on MALAVIKA was not the saddle that he had weighed out with. As such, MALAVIKA was lead out of the paddock and Jockey Vishal N. Bunde was made to weigh out again with the correct saddle and the horse was resaddled. Trainer Altaf Hussain and Jockey Vishal N. Bunde have been fined Rs.2,000/ each for the lapse on their part.

Shinning Noon	At the request of Trainer C. Rajendra, SHINNING NOON was examined at 0950 hours on 13/08/2017 and was found to be sore by the right hind leg, As such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Walk On By	Soon after the start, WALK ON BY (K. Nazil) shifted in on to AINRA (S. Joseph) who in turn shifted in on to GOLDEN HORDE (Satish Nayak). Jockey K. Nazil has been cautioned. After the race, Jockey K. Nazil (WALK ON BY) reported that his mount hungin in the final stages of the race. Trainer Hosidar Daji has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Juliano	JULIANO (S. J. Sunil) and SARRAZIN (Amyn Merchant) were reluctant to be stalled. Trainers Sanjay Kolse and Faisal A. Abbas have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Arvan	Passing 700 metres, ARVAN (M. A. Roushan) shifted out thereby forcing WARLOCK (B. Nikhil) and GOLDEN HORDE, (Satish Nayak) outwards and also inconveniencing AINRA (S. Joseph). Jockey M. A. Roushan has been cautioned.
Fernebache	At the start, FERNEBACHE (N. S. Parmar, dr.7) jumped outwards and went across VOULEZ VOUS (N. B. Kuldeep, dr.9) who was slow to begin.
Voulez Vous	VOULEZ VOUS (N. B. Kuldeep) jumped out slow losing about a length at the start.

Deep Diver	The Club’s V.O. reported that on physical examination at the Saddling Yard, DEEP DIVER was found to have unhealed injury on the withers, as such, the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer is required to obtain a fitness certificate for the gelding from the Club’s V.O. before next accepting with him to race.
Abbey	Approaching 800 metres, ABBEY (C. S. Jodha) shifted in under urgings and went across HIDDEN SOUL (T. S. Jodha) who had to be checked. Jockey C. S. Jodha has been fined Rs.2,000/.
Valentino	At the start, VALENTINO (D. S. Daman, dr.5) jumped outwards on to ARTISTIC (Amyn Merchant, dr.6).
Incentio	After the race, INCENTIO was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

			5.30 P.M

Shogun	Approaching 200 metres, SHOGUN (A. Imran Khan) shifted in on to GRAN PARADISO (A. Sandesh). Soon thereafter, PRINCESS P (Prashant P. Dhebe) shifted out thereby tightening GRAN PARADISO (A. Sandesh) who had to be checked. On questioning, Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe stated that his mount hung out in the straight despite his efforts. The Club’s V.O. was requested to examine PRINCESS P and he reported that the filly was found to be sound in the trot but having wolf tooth on either side. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Rock In Rio	After the race, ROCK IN RIO and FIREBOLT were found to be sore by the right fore leg. Both the horses have to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Dolphin	In the final stages of the race, DOLPHIN (M. A. Roushan) shifted in and bumped FURIOSA (Amyn Merchant) who had to be steadied. Jockey M. A. Roushan has been cautioned.
Firebolt	Soon after the start , FIREBOLT(N. B. Kuldeep) shifted out thereby tightening and causing interference to NAME OF THE GAME (Sandeep Jadhav), DOLPHIN (M. A. Roushan) and QUIXOTIC (P. S. Chouhan). Thereafter, passing 800 metres, FIREBOLT again shifted out on to QUIXOTIC (P. S. Chouhan) who had to be checked. On questioning, Jockey N. B. Kuldeep stated that his mount hung out despite his efforts.
