Explanation of Jockey R.B. Shinde (TOP SHAPE) that his instructions were to sit at the rear end of the field among the backmarkers which he could follow until about the 1400 metres and thereafter the gelding got keen, and bolted hitting the front inspite of his best efforts until about the 400 metres from where the gelding shortened his strides and dropped back finishing the course at the rear end of the field, noted. However, the Jockey was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mounts and follow the given instructions more implicitly in future.

Seno Rita	App. Nitin Singh (SENO RITA) reported that he had lost his right stirrup iron accidently at about the 800 metres which he regained after traveling a few strides,.
Splendid Show	Jockey Ch K. Chary (SPLENDID SHOW) reported that his mount jumped out awkwardly towards outside and then was trying to run out throughout the race, noted. Trainer Shamshuddin was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
Aarohan	Jockey N. Rawal (AAROHAN) and App. Nitin Singh (SENO RITA) cautioned for shifting out and in respectively soon after the start in the process touching each other.

Princess Jaanu	PRINCESS JAANU (M.F. ALI KHAN) tried to run out after jump out and then suddenly veered out after traveling about 50 metres. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
Golden Estelita	GOLDEN ESTELITA (CH K CHARY) trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer Shamsuddin was advised for better performance before next acceptance.

Heydan	Jockey P.S. Chouhan (HEYDAN) reported that his mount lost his hind action as the start was effected in the process lost about 1 or 2 lengths.
Armada	Jockey R. Laxmikanth (ARMADA) fined Rs. 1,000/ for shifting in soon after the start causing interference to EARTH BENDER (VIVEK).
Vinaleo	Explanation of Jockey Harish (VINALEO) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the final 300 metres inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L.D’Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.

Lone Ranger(O)	Jockey P.S. Chouhan (LONE RANGER) fined Rs. 1,000/ for shifting out soon after the start causing interference to AL JADEED (APP. NITIN SINGH) and TRISTAR (C.D. HAYES).
Tristar(O)	Explanation of Jockey C.D. Hayes (TRISTAR) that his instructions were to position his mount a close 3rd or 4th which he could not follow as he was denied a clear run soon after the start due to the crowding of the field and thereafter he was unable to settle the filly as she was keen and was also lugging in throughout the race in the process shifted in at about the 600 metres taking the ground of PALACE AFFAIRS (APP. R. UMESH) inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.

The Beatles Angel	THE BEATLES ANGEL (DEEP SHANKER) took a fly jump losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
Over Taker	Jockey A. Ramana (ROYAL DEGREE) cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process crowding the runners on his inside.
Pygmalion	Jockey R. Rupesh (PYGMALLION) cautioned for shifting out at about the 700 metres forcing out ROYAL DEGREE (A. RAMANA), RIGHT TO GLORY (APP. KULDEEP SINGH) and THE BEATLES ANGEL (DEEP SHANKER).
Cool Spice	App. R. Umesh (COOL SPICE) warned to ride out his mount more vigorously in the final straight.

Red Fairy	Jockey M. Krishna (RED FAIRY) cautioned for shifting in soon after the start taking the ground of COME TOGETHER (A. RAMANA) and INDIAN DANCER (DEEP SHANKER).
One Mission	Jockey A. Imran Khan (ONE MISSION) fined Rs. 1,000/ for cutting across the field 50 metres after the start crowding the runners on his inside resulting in interference to GLOBAL PRESENCE (M.F. ALI KHAN) and PROHIBITION (APP. NITIN SINGH).
Above The Line	Explanation of Jockey Harish (ABOVE THE LINE) that his instructions were to position his mount 2nd or 3rd which he could not follow in the initial stages of the race as he was denied a clear run soon after the start and thereafter in the straight the filly did not show any turn of foot inspite of his urgings. Trainer L.D’Silva while confirming the Jockey’s statement opined that the filly had the disadvantage of carrying 61.5 kgs., and as such her performance. Both Jockeys and Trainers explanations were noted for future reference.
Come Together	COME TOGETHER (A. RAMANA) was denied a clear run at about the 300 metres and again at about the 200 metres due to the runners in front moving in & out respectively.

Rapture Of Victory	Jockey P.S. Chouhan (RAPTURE OF VICTORY) fined Rs. 2,000/ for shifting in at about the 1000 metres in the process crowding the runners on his inside resulting in interference to NAPOLEON (A. IMRAN KHAN) and thereafter shifted in again at about the 400 metres causing interference to MATIAS (D. M. FENTIMAN). Jockey P.S. Chouhan (RAPTURE OF VICTORY) reported loss of his whip in the last 100 metres.
Matias	Permission was granted to Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh to saddle MATIAS (D.M. FENTIMAN) on behalf of Trainer R.R. Byramji at both Trainers risk and liability.
