Mi Arion	At the request of Jockey F. Norton (MI ARION), the saddle used on his mount was readjusted in the paddock.
Reciprocity	At the start, RECIPROCITY (S. A. Amit, dr.2) jumped outwards onto TICANTO (M. S. Deora, dr.3) who was marginally slow to begin causing the latter to be steadied. Jockey S. A. Amit has been cautioned. An enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of RECIPROCITY (S. A. Amit) and a report will be submitted shortly. After the race, TICANTO & RECIPROCITY were trotted and found to be sound.
Ticanto	At the start, RECIPROCITY (S. A. Amit, dr.2) jumped outwards onto TICANTO (M. S. Deora, dr.3) who was marginally slow to begin causing the latter to be steadied. Jockey S. A. Amit has been cautioned. After the race, TICANTO & RECIPROCITY were trotted and found to be sound.

Zarak

It was observed that the saddle used on ZARAK (K. Nazil) shifted forward during the race. On being questioned, Jockey K. Nazil stated that since the saddle shifting forward he had no control and lost his balance, as such, he had to pull him out and stop riding. This being the first instance of faulty saddling during the current Mumbai Meeting 2023/24, Trainer S. Waheed has been fined Rs.2,000/. After the race, ZARAK was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by right fore, as such, the gelding has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

Giant King	At the start, METZINGER (App. N. Bhosale, dr.3) leaned outwards at the same time GIANT KING (Yash Narredu, dr.6) shifted in under urgings thereby tightening ANGELO (P. S. Chouhan, dr.4) and IDEALISTA (Neeraj Rawal, dr.5) drawn between them causing both horses to be checked. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey Yash Narredu has been fined Rs. 3,000/.

The gelding was once again examined at the stables on 15th January 2024 and was found to be sore by right hind, as such, the gelding has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Black Thunder	At the start, METZINGER (App. N. Bhosale, dr.3) leaned outwards at the same time GIANT KING (Yash Narredu, dr.6) shifted in under urgings thereby tightening ANGELO (P. S. Chouhan, dr.4) and IDEALISTA (Neeraj Rawal, dr.5) drawn between them causing both horses to be checked. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey Yash Narredu has been fined Rs. 3,000/. Passing the 300 metres, ANGELO (P. S. Chouhan) shifted in and went across IDEALISTA (Neeraj Rawal) who had to be steadied. Thereafter, ANGELO (P. S. Chouhan) was observed to have maintained an erratic course. After the race, ANGELO was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by right fore. The gelding was once again examined at the stables on 15th January 2024 and was found to be sore by right hind, as such, the gelding has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Midas Touch	At the start, LION KING (M. S. Deora, dr.1) jumped outwards thereby bumping and taking the ground of MIDAS TOUCH (Amyn Merchant, dr.2) who had to be steadied.
Lion King	At the start, LION KING (M. S. Deora, dr.1) jumped outwards thereby bumping and taking the ground of MIDAS TOUCH (Amyn Merchant, dr.2) who had to be steadied. Approaching the 1500 metres, it was observed that LION KING (M. S. Deora) veered out and in the rider’s effort to control his mount the bit was displaced. Trainer Shazaan Shah has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

Pyrite	PYRITE (K. Nazil, dr.3) refused to be stalled despite substantial efforts, as such, the filly was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order. Trainer S. Waheed has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Field Of Dreams	Approaching the 200 metres, it was observed that FLASHMAN (S. Saqlain) shied away from FIELD OF DREAMS (N. S. Parmar) and FIORENTINI (P. S. Chouhan) thereby losing its footing momentarily. After the race, Jockey N. S. Parmar (FIELD OF DREAMS) reported that his mount was hangingin in the straight, despite his efforts. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
Fiorentini	At the start, FIORENTINI (P. S. Chouhan, dr.1) jumped outwards onto FLASHMAN (S. Saqlain, dr.2) who had to be steadied. Approaching the 200 metres, it was observed that FLASHMAN (S. Saqlain) shied away from FIELD OF DREAMS (N. S. Parmar) and FIORENTINI (P. S. Chouhan) thereby losing its footing momentarily. After the race, Jockey P. S. Chouhan (FIORENTINI) reported that his mount was inclined outwards throughout the race. After the race, FIORENTINI was trotted and found to be sound.
Flashman	At the start, FIORENTINI (P. S. Chouhan, dr.1) jumped outwards onto FLASHMAN (S. Saqlain, dr.2) who had to be steadied. Approaching the 200 metres, it was observed that FLASHMAN (S. Saqlain) shied away from FIELD OF DREAMS (N. S. Parmar) and FIORENTINI (P. S. Chouhan) thereby losing its footing momentarily.

Capitolium	After the race, Jockey Neeraj Rawal (CAPITOLIUM) reported that his mount was inclined outwards in the straight despite his efforts. Trainer P. Shroff has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, Jockey Neeraj Rawal (CAPITOLIUM) reported that the saddle used on his mount had shifted to the right during the race. This being the first instance of faulty saddling during the current Mumbai Meeting 2023/24, Trainer P. Shroff has been fined Rs.2,000/.
Synthesis	At the start, WEST BROOK (F. Norton, dr.2) jumped inwards and went across SYNTHESIS (Suraj Narredu, dr.2) who had to be steadied. After the race, SYNTHESIS was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by right fore, as such, the colt has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
West Brook	At the start, WEST BROOK (F. Norton, dr.2) jumped inwards and went across SYNTHESIS (Suraj Narredu, dr.2) who had to be steadied.
El Greco	At the start, EL GRECO (P. S. Chouhan, dr.6) veered out and had to be steadied.

Ameerah	After the race, Jockey S. Saqlain (AMEERAH) reported that his mount was hangingin in straight, despite his efforts. Trainer S. K. Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, AMEERAH was trotted and found to be sound.
Waikiki	At the start, ALOYSIA (R. Ajinkya, dr.1) jumped outwards onto WAIKIKI (N. S. Parmar, dr.2) who had to be steadied.
Cordelia	After the race, CORDELIA was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Aloysia	At the start, ALOYSIA (R. Ajinkya, dr.1) jumped outwards onto WAIKIKI (N. S. Parmar, dr.2) who had to be steadied.
