1	(1)	THE EVERYTHING PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 19	1000M

Rising Glory	Soon after the start, RISING GLORY (Imran Chisty) shifted out and went across BENEDICTUS (S.S.Baria) who was checked. Jockey Imran Chisty has been asked to be more careful in future.
Candy Floss	Passing 800 metres, CANDY FLOSS (App.P.Trevor) shifted in as the Apprentice tried to correct his mount, and tightened DANCING MONEY (App.N.S.Parmar). CANDY FLOSS (App.P.Trevor) hungin in the straight. Tr.S.K.Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.After the race, CANDY FLOSS were found to be sound.
Benedictus	BENEDICTUS (S.S.Baria) was denied a clear run through out the straight due to THE FIRST LADY ((C.Rajendra) keeping an erratic course. Jockey C.Rajendra has been asked to be more careful in future.
The First Lady	After the race, THE FIRST LADY were found to be sound.
Mgdian	MGDIAN ((C.S.Jodha) travelled wide despite Jockey’s effort. The Sr.V.O. was requested to examine the filly and he reported that the filly had returned sore by the right fore leg. Trainer Magansingh P.Jodha has been asked to remedial measures before next accepting to race filly.

2	(2)	THE PRINCESS GOMBOS PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M

Blau Himmel	Jockey M.Narredu (BLAU HIMMEL) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
Hi Dolly	HI DOLLY (N.S.Parmar) was reluctant to jump out of the Gates and after a slow jump out, did not raise an effective gallop thereby losing further ground. Trainer D.J. Surti has been asked to show the mare to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a Mock race, before next accepting to race.

4	(4)	THE CUPID PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1000M

Highland Music	Soon after the start, HIGHLAND MUSIC (Imran Chisty) shifted in and went across HIGHLAND FLAME (App.P.Trevor) who was steadied. Jockey Imran Chisty has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount. An enquiry has been initiated in the riding of Jockey Imran Chisty (HIGHLAND MUSIC) in the final stages of the race and a report will be submitted shortly. After the race, DYNAMIC CAT was found to be sore by the left fore leg and HIGHLAND MUSIC was found to be sore by the right fore leg. Both the horses have to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Lago Medio	Jockey S.Sunil (LAGO MEDIO) reported loss of his whip at about 200 metres from the winning post. Since it was first instance of loss of whip during the current Pune Meeting, no action has been initiated against the Jockey beyond reminding him of the notice with regard to the Loss of Whip.
Wild Torronaado	On questioning, Jockey J.Chinoy (WILD TORRONAADO) stated that his instructions were to ride from the front or to be well up but the pace of the race was fast in the early part hence he chose to sit and then HIGHLAND MUSIC (Imran Chisty), who is a fast horse, passed him from the outside and then shifted in whereby he had to steady his mount. The explanation was noted.
Talk Of The Town	After the race, TALK OF THE TOWN was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Amberogio	After the race, AMBEROGIO was found to be sound.

5	(5)	THE STORM PLATE (DIV.I) TERMS - 3 years maidens only	1200M

Ocean Star	The Sr.V.O. reported that OCEAN STAR was examined after the race at the request of the Stipendiary Stewards and found to be sore by the right fore leg and SWEEPING QUEST was found to be going short by the right fore leg. Both the horses have to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Freany	Jockey P.Kamlesh (FREANY) reported that his mount was inclined to hang out in the straight. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly. After the race, FREANY was found to be sound.
Red Passion	RED PASSION (T.Atul) brushed the rails near 600 metres.

6	(6)	THE VIBRANT PLATE (DIV.II) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46	1000M

Star Invitation

Trainer Adil Dajee and Jockey Altaf Sayyed were questioned regarding the running and riding of STAR INVITATION. Tr.Adil Dajee stated that he had instructed the jockey to be in 3rd or 4th position and do his best in the straight but he felt that the filly had thrown her head at the start and lost ground. He opined that the Jockey had ridden feebly and therefore rode an incompetent race. When questioned as to why he did not report the matter, he stated that he was aware that this boy had not ridden for four years in a race. On questioning, Jockey Altaf Sayyed confirmed the instructions and stated that the horse threw his headup at the jump and lost ground due to which he could not follow the instructions and thereafter he had settled in the rear position and had ridden out the horse. The video was shown and Jockey Altaf Sayyed was asked to explain his riding in the straight to which he again repeated that he had ridden out the horse. Not being satisfied by the explanation tendered by the Trainer and Jockey, both have been fined Rs.3000/ each. The Sr.V.O. reported that WATCH OUT and STAR INVITATION were examined after the race at the request of the Stipendiary Stewards and found to be sore by the right fore leg. Both the horses have to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

Watch Out

After the start, WATCH OUT (Ladjadj Stephane) threw its head up and did not raise an effective gallop and lost ground. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to show the filly to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a Mock race, before next accepting to race. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been fined Rs.5000/ for declaring Jockey Ladjadj Stephane in more number of races than he was eligible to ride.

7	(7)	THE ROSE ROYAL TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 80 & ABOVE	1200M

El Tropico	SEA STAR (Imran Chisty) lugged in and EL TROPICO lugged out in the straight. Trainers C.D.Katrak and S.K.Sunderji have been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race with their respective charge.
Saltoro	SALTORO (J.Chinoy) jumped out awkwardly throwing its head up thereby losing about 2 lengths at the start.
Pepe Junior	An enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of PEPE JUNIOR and a report will be submitted shortly.
Kilifi	After the race, SEA STAR and EL TROPICO were found to be sound.

8	(8)	THE VIBRANT PLATE (DIV.I) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46	1000M

Tattenhoe	TATTENHOE hungin in the straight. Tr.Faisal A.Abbas has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Plan B	After the race, LITTLE WARRIOR was found to be sound. BONNY LIGHT had an abrasion on the right hind coronet.
Seen It All	At the start, SEEN IT ALL (T.Atul, dr.6)) was tightened when TATTENHOE (S.Sunil, dr.5) and BONNY LIGHT (J.Chinoy, dr.7) converged.
Kite Runner	KITE RUNNER (C.S.Jodha) and DEVILITTO (R.Shelar) jumped out slowly, losing about 3 lengths each at the start.
Fiamma	After the race, FIAMMA was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
