Break FreeBREAK FREE (Mohd Asif) which was running last negotiating the bend suddenly shifted out violently to the outer portion of the race track whereby the jockey lost his balance thereby dislodging from his mount. Trainer Sartaj Singh was advised to take remedial measures.
Atomic PowerJockey Dhanu Singh Deora the rider of ATOMIC POWER reported that his mount was running green in the initial stages of the race. Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ATOMIC POWER in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh and sent for analytical test.
Conquering BidJockey Arman Ali Jafri the rider of CONQUERING BID was reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift out under the aid of the whip approaching 200 mts.
Kelp KayiarJockey T S Jodha the rider of KELP KAYIAR on questioning about his riding especially from 150 mts, stated that his mount which was running prominently till 200 mts suddenly stopped galloping thereby loosing ground, hence he eased up his mount. He was informed to report anything which would have affected the running of his mount immediately after the race.

Flori Di CamaJockey Rajinder Saini the rider of FLORI DI CAMA was fined Rs.2000/ for permitting his mount to shift in approaching 900 mts thereby inconveniencing MASTER MADRID (G S Shekhawat) on his inside and thereafter brushing the running rails. He further reported that in the last 400 mts of the race his mount was hanging in. Trainer Raj Kumar Saini was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with his charge again in a race.
Master BoltThe Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MASTER BOLT returned lame on left fore. Trainer Bharat T Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Gucci WaterJockey Praveen Saini the rider of GUCCI WATER reported that his mount was slowly away from the starting gates thereby loosing sufficient grounds. Trainer Ajay Sharma was advised to give sufficient gate practice to his charge before accepting with it again in a race.

Al QoserPermission was granted to Trainer H Ali Khan to withdraw AL QOSER (Mohanlal) on veterinary ground as it was lame on right fore. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Shane PunjabUrine sample was taken for analysis from the winner SHANE PUNJAB in the presence of Trainer Sartaj Singh and sent for analytical test.
Smile Of LoveJockey Khet Singh the rider of SMILE OF LOVE was fined Rs.3000/ for permitting his mount to shift out negotiating the bend and thereafter travel on the outer portion of the race track for no apparent reason and not sufficiently persevering with his mount from the 300 mts of the race.
Golden IndianThe Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that GOLDEN INDIAN bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned from racing for a stipulated period of four weeks (First time bleeder) Trainer Raj Kumar Saini was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Mumtaz BegumJockey Aqeed Waheed the rider of MUMTAZ BEGUM was fined Rs.3000/for not sufficiently persevering with his mount soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby loosing his position and riding contrary to the trainers instructions wherein he was instructed to position 4th/5th and do his best on entering the straight.
Double O SevenJockey Narain Singh the rider of DOUBLE O SEVEN was fined Rs.2000/ for permitting his mount to shift out approaching 900 mts and negotiating the bend further travelled on the outer portion of the race track for no apparent reason. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.
Black BoxerDYNAMIC (R Rakesh) was slowly away from the starting gates and was observed to be running detached from the field. Trainer Magan Singh was advised to ensure that his charge was capable of a better performance before accepting with it again in a race.
ComprehensiveIt was observed that COMPREHENSIVE (Gurpreet Singh) was running detached from the field. Trainer K P Singh was informed to ensure that his charge was capable of a better performance before accepting with it again in a race.

4 (154) THE JAI GOVIND PLATE (DIV-II)

JazbaJAZBA (Aqeed Waheed) planted thereby loosing sufficient ground at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Zulfiqar Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in two mock races on a race day on the race track.
Dot On TimePermission was granted to Trainer Magan Singh to withdraw DOT ON TIME(M Mani) on veterinary ground as it was lame on left fore. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
My GloriaUrine sample was taken for analysis from the winner MY GLORIA and bleeder SCOOP THE POT in the presence of Trainer Zulfiqar Khan and Shakti Singh and were sent for analytical test.
My AblazeTrainer Magan Singh and Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of MY ABLAZE. Trainer Magan Singh stated that he had instructed the jockey to take a good jump and position 3rd/4th and do his best on entering the straight. He further stated that his charge was hanging out from the 400 mts . When asked about the riding of the jockey he stated that his jockey was riding all the way and not stopped riding and was satisfied with his riding. On corroborating trainers instructions stated that his mount was hanging in and he had ridden out his mount all the way. Not being satisfied with their explanation they were reported to the Stewards. The Stewards after viewing the replay of the race directed the Stipendiary Steward to hold a detailed enquiry and place his findings at their next meeting.
Rios GirlJockey Sameer Khan the rider of RIOS GIRL was fined Rs.3000/ for not sufficiently persevering in the initial stages of the race and thereafter repeatedly bumping on his mount from the 300 mts of the race.
Brief EncounterSCOOP THE POT (M I Qureshi) under pressure drifted in soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby inconveniencing HE IS THE MAN (Khet Singh) on his inside. The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that SCOOP THE POT bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned from racing for a stipulated period of four weeks ( First time bleeder) Trainer Shakti Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Basic LifeTrainer S Nawab reported that he had instructed jockey Kundan Paswan the rider of BASIC LIFE to take a good jump if not position 2nd/3rd and do his best on entering the straight. He further stated that his jockey did not make any effort to follow the given instructions. On questioning the jockey stated that his mount was not responding to his urgings. Not being satisfied with his explanation he was Rs.5000/ for not following the trainers instructions thereby putting his mount at a disadvantageous position.

GodstouchIt was observed that GODSTOUCH (Dhanu Singh Deora) shifted out approaching 200 mts inspite of jockey Dhanu Singh Deora using the whip on the left as a corrective measure. In view of its behavior trainer Magan Singh was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race. Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner GODSTOUCH and bleeder LADY in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh and Ajay Sharma and sent for analytical test.
Fast LadyFAST LADY (R Rakesh) was slowly away thereby loosing sufficient ground at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Magan Singh Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track.
LadyJockey T S Jodha the rider of LADY reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 900 mtrs due to tightening of the field. The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that LADY bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned from racing for a stipulated period of four weeks ( First time bleeder) Trainer Ajay Sharma was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
TermsandconditionsJockey Vinay Jaiswal the rider of TERMSANDCONDITIONS reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race.
SolariumJockey Khet Singh the rider of SOLARIUM was fined Rs.3000/ for permitting his mount to shift out soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby bumping into MOUNTAIN GUNNER (Danish Ali Khan) which passed it onto MR SINGH (Gurpreet Singh) and further approaching the 1200 mts he permitted his mount to shift in whereby MOUNTAIN GUNNER (Danish Ali Khan) improving on his inside had to be checked by its rider.

Captain CoolUrine sample was taken for analysis from the winner CAPTAIN COOL in the presence of Trainer H A Khan and sent for analytical test.
Shivalik CharmJockey T S Jodha the rider of SHIVALIK CHARM was fined Rs.3000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race. (First offence during the meeting).
Aar Ya PaarAs Jockey Rajinder Saini was certified medically unfit to ride, hence permission was granted to Trainer Raj Kumar Saini to substitute Jockey Akash Rajput to ride AAR YA PAAR in place of Jockey Rajinder Saini the declared rider.
TaztejsviTAZTEJSVI (R Yousaf) was slowly away and lost sufficient ground at the start. Trainer A Saulez was advised to give sufficient gate practice before accepting wit it again in a race. 7 (157) THE WHITE CROWN PLATE (DIV-II)

Solid GoldPermission was granted to Trainer Raj Kumar Saini to substitute Jockey Akash Rajput to ride SOLID GOLD in place of Jockey Rajinder Saini the declared rider. SOLID GOLD (Akash Rajput) & MISS VENUS (Praveen Saini) were examined at the starting gates and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported it was lame on right fore and left fore, as such were withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders on veterinary grounds. In consequence of SOLID GOLD & MISS VENUS were withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders no deduction on win or place bets was effected.
Golden GuineaPermission was granted to Trainer Magan Singh to withdraw GOLDEN GUINEA on veterinary grounds as it was lame right hind. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
ZamariahUrine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ZAMARIAH in the presence of Trainer K Ali Khan and sent for analytical test.
Ashwa KundanJockey T S Jodha the rider of ASHWA KUNDAN was cautioned for easing out his mount in the final stages of the race.
Bachelor BoyJockey Gurpreet Singh the rider of BACHELOR BOY was fined Rs.3000/ for easing out his mount soon after jumping out of the starting gate for no apparent reason.
