The Beatles Angel	Consequent to Jockey Vikram Walker being declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey R. Parmod to be substituted on THE BEATLES ANGEL. THE BEATLES ANGEL ( R. PARMOD) got lose after reaching the starting gates and ran the course riderless as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders.
Hospitality	Jockeys A. Ramana (HOSPITALITY), M. Mark (RISING RAYS), App. A. Ashhad Asbar (VIJAY LAKH), App. R. Umesh (ROYAL FLYER) and Ravinder Singh (KOHINOOR FAIRYTALE) were cautioned to be more vigorous in their efforts to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.

Phar Lap	PHAR LAP (STEPHEN CARSON) permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders on veterinary grounds.
Light Brigade	App. A. Ashhad Asbar (LIGHT BRIGADE) fined Rs. 1,000/ for shifting in, in the final 200 metres onto ENGLISH INDIAN (S. SHOBAN BABU) who in turn shifted in and tightened JET EXPRESS (M.F. ALI KHAN) due to which the latter dropped back.
Super Brand	Explanation of Trainer K. Satheesh regarding the poor performance of his charge SUPER BRAND (A. Imran Khan) that his charge after her previous win in Race No. 221 has gone up in handicap and opined that she had run to her potential, noted for future reference.

Alukkhas

Jockey M. Mark (ALUKKHAS) and App. A. Ashhad Asbar (DANCING TOUCH) fined Rs. 1,000/ each for shifting out and in respectively soon after the start crowding and causing interference to GOLDEN FLAME (A. RAMANA), SILVER ROSE (APP. NITIN SINGH) and TRUE FORCE (SK. FAROOKH) racing in between.

Red River Rebel

Explanation of Jockey R. Parmod (RED RIVER REBEL) that his instructions were to go to the front and settle down but due to the fast initial pace he was forced to scrub the filly in the initial part of the race in order to follow the instructions and could not settle down resulting in the filly shortening her strides in the last 400 metres and dropping back inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer Anupam Sharma and noted for future reference.

Reconnect	Jockey A. Imran Khan (RECONNECT) cautioned for shifting out negotiating the final bend forcing out DASH ON REGARDLESS (APP. R. UMESH)
Adamant Approach	Jockey C. Ruzaan (ADMANT APPROACH) warned against the undesirable practice of dropping his hands before passing the winning post though on a beaten horse.
Dash On Regardless	DASH ON REGARDLESS (APP. R. UMESH) and ADAMANT APPROACH (C. RUZAAN) jumped out slowly losing about 2 to 3 lengths each.
