KioniaConsequent to KIONIA having won 5th race on Monday, 14th October 2019, As per the general conditions of prospectus the filly carried a statutory penalty of 5 kgs more than declared weight.
Flamingo FameFLAMINGO FAME (N. Rawal) sustained superficial injuries over right hind. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

Arc Of HistoryARC OF HISTORY (App. Gaurav Singh) ducked its head as the start was effected resulted in the App. got unbalanced in the saddle and dislodged from the mount and the filly ran the course riderless. The App. who was given immediate medical aid, escaped unhurt. Since the incident was purely accidental no action beyond noting the same was taken. Trainer M Srinivas Reddy advised to show his charge at the gates before next acceptance.
Warrior SupremeTrainer D. Netto was fined Rs. 5000/ for inconsistent running of his charge WARRIOR SUPREME (Kiran Naidu) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous races.
MahiraExplanation of Jockey Imran Chisty (MAHIRA) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan while confirming the above added that his charge is running in a higher class for the first time and also did not like the underfoot conditions was noted for future reference.
Ashka Ashka AshkaExplanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (ASHKA ASHKA ASHKA) that soon after the jump his saddle shifted back as such he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. As this confirmed our observation the jockey’s explanation was noted. Trainer K. Robin Reddy was cautioned to be more careful in saddling of his charge in future.

TammanaJockey Rafique Sk (TAMMANA) was fined Rs. 1000/ for shifting out soon after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn on his outside resulting in interference to GLENDALE (Kunal Bunde).

Premier ActionJockey Akshay Kumar (PREMIER ACTION) was fined Rs. 3000/ for shifting out at about the 400 mtrs in the process bumping ASHWA YASHOBALI (Imran Chisty) who in turn forced out BAYRD (Rafique Sk)
Star Of TiaraJockey A.Ashhad Asbar (STAR OF TIARA) was severely reprimanded for forcing a passage at about the about 700 mtrs where there was insufficient room in the process causing inconvenience to ASHWA YASHOBALI (Imran Chisty).
Havelock CruiseExplanation of Jockey S. Zervan (HAVELOCK CRUISE) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that his mount was hanging in throughout the race inspite of his best efforts as such he couldn’t ride out his mount to complete advantage in the final stages of the race was noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities and was trotting sound after the race. The Trainer was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
BayrdJockey Rafique Sk (BAYRD) reported that his mount was trying to run throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Wood BridgeExplanation of Trainer S.S.F. Hassan with regard to improved performance of his charge WOOD BRIDGE (Akshay Kumar) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous run that his charge has run five times previous to this run and always finished close with the front runners and was not passing them as such taken permission for use of Blinkers in Race No.128 where the mare has finished 6th, The 400mts less to travel, the use of blinkers and a better jockey Akshay Kumar in the saddle has helped his charge to perform better and win a race. Trainer further added that he had not fancied but given a chance was noted. Trainer S.S.F Hassan was however cautioned to ensure that his charge race more consistently in future. WOOD BRIDGE (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.
Diesis DreamJockey A. Ashhad Asbar (DIESIS DREAM) reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer L.D` Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Golden FaraskaExplanation of Jockey N. Rawal (GOLDEN FARASKA) that his mount shifted out at about the 700 mtrs inspite of his best efforts in the process forced out LONDON BRIDGE (App. Gopal Singh) was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned for failing to exercise greater control over his mount.
Blazing SpeedExplanation of App. Santosh Raj N R (BLAZING SPEED) that his mount ran erratic for greater part of the race due to which he got unbalanced on his mount on more than one occasion , as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage, noted . Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

The App. was however, cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future. Trainer M. Srinvias Reddy was advised to show his charge at the gates to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.
