LouboutinLOUBOUTIN (App Rupal Singh) was extremely troublesome while being stalled. After being loaded in its stall, the mare was very fractious, reared up and then tried to duck out from the front gates, getting stuck there for a while. Under the circumstances the mare had to be taken out of its stall and was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter?s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked.
IzzyIZZY (P S Chouhan) drifted ?outwards? when placed under pressure during the final stages of the race.
Lord Of The SeaLORD OF THE SEA (Shezad Khan) which was slow to begin losing approximate 34 lengths at the start, finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.

Apsara StarAn enquiry was held immediately after the running of the race with particular reference to the dislodging of Jockeys P Trevor (ZOYA) and Y S Srinath (APSARA STAR). At the conclusion of the enquiry, it was established that approaching the 1000 metres, b f ZOYA broke down dislodging Jockey P Trevor. Jockey Akshay Kumar (CLIFFHANGER) travelling behind ZOYA had to take evasive action and switched his mount ?outwards?. However, Jockey Y S Srinath (APSARA STAR), travelling in 3rd position, in his effort to avoid running on to the dislodged Jockey P Trevor, ran into ZOYA unbalancing himself and eventually being dislodged from APSARA STAR. As the fall was accidental, ?all clear? signal was ordered to be hoisted. Both Jockeys P Trevor and Y S Srinath escaped unhurt.

Subsequent veterinary examination revealed that b f ZOYA sustained an irrepairable fracture on her left fore canon bone and was euthanized on humanitarian grounds with the permission of the Stewards.
