1	(70)	THE KUMBAKONAM PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated UPTO 25	1300M
			10:30 AM

In Excess

At about the 800 metres IN EXCESS (Rohit Kumar) slipped, fell and dislodged the rider. AMAZING STAR (Md.Farhan Alam) who was travelling directly behind collided with the fallen horse and bad a fall further BE MY GLORY (P.Ajeeth Kumar) tried to avoid the collided horses lost balance and got dislodged the rider.

Starleena

Permission was granted to Trainer G.S.Parmar to saddle STARLEENA (G.Naresh) and FLAME OF DIABLO (Kunal Bunde) on behalf of Trainer Vishesh M.P. at both Trainers risk and liability. STARLEENA (G.Naresh) trailed the field, when questioned jockey G.Naresh stated that his reign had twisted and made the bit very tight due to which he could not ride out. The same was observed as soon as the mare was brought to the paddock after the race.

			11:00 AM

Orlando Baby	ORLANDO BABY was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds, lame on left hind due to an inflamed cannon area. Trainer K.S.Mandanna was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Intox	Permission was granted to Trainer G.S.Parmar to saddle INTOX (Ashhad Asbar) on behalf of Trainer Vishesh M.P. at both Trainers risk and liability.

3	(72)	THE BANDIPUR PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1100M
			11:30 AM

Baden Baden	Jockey C.A.Brisson being indisposed he was permitted to be substituted by Jockey G.Naresh on BADEN BADEN.
Parrys Glory	Jockey Rohit Kumar being indisposed he was permitted to be substituted by Jockey A.Ayaz Khan on PARRYS GLORY.
Heavenly Blue	HEAVENLY BLUE (Shahar Babu) and PRIZED WHITE (Muzaffar Alam) trailed the field and were asked to be examined by the Club’s Veterinary officer who reported that no abnormalities were found. Trainers Saddam Iqbal and G.S.Parmar were advised to ensure better performance of their respective charges before accepting with them again.
Phoebe Buffay	Jockey Ashhad Asbar being indisposed he was permitted to be substituted by Jockey K.V.Baskar on PHOEBE BUFFAY. PHOEBE BUFFAY (K.V.Baskar) planted and trailed the field, SSC Revoked.

4	(73)	THE GOVERNOR`S CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1200M
			12:00 PM

Star Portal	STAR PORTAL was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds, lame on right fore due to a kick from another horse during morning track work on 15th May 2019. Trainer G.S.Parmar was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Oxygen	OXYGEN (A.Ayaz Khan) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds, trotting lame due to oedema of the metacarpal area. Trainer FazalUlRehman was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Ertugrul	DRUID’S BREW (Ashhad Asbar) was permitted to be withdrawn due to jockey Ashhad Asbar being indisposed and no suitable replacement jockey being available.
Sentosa	Permission was granted to Trainer FazalUlRehman to saddle SENTOSA (Azfar Syeed) on behalf of Trainer Akbar Malick at both Trainers risk and liability.
Desert Hawk	An objection was lodged by Jockey P.Sai Kumar the rider of DESERT HAWK placed 3rd by the judge against Jockey Azfar Syeed the rider of SENTOSA the winner for “cutting across me sharply at about the 250 meters taking my ground whereby i had to check my mount and stop riding which cost me a certain race” was overruled by the Stewards and the judge’s placings remained unaltered.
Lady Elise	Jockey Rohit Kumar being indisposed he was permitted to be substituted by Jockey Shahar Babu on LADY ELISE.

6	(75)	THE SOUTH INDIA CUP (DIV-I) TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1100M
			1:00 PM

Uncle Sam	Permission was granted to Trainer G.S.Parmar to saddle UNCLE SAM (Azfar Syeed) on behalf of Trainer Vishesh M.P. at both Trainers risk and liability.
Star Elegant	STAR ELEGANT (C.P.Khanal) jumped awkwardly and threw its head up as the start was affected losing about 3 to 4 lengths.
Dynamite Girl	DYNAMITE GIRL (M.Bhaskar) trailed the field despite jockey’s efforts.

7	(76)	THE SOUTH INDIA CUP (DIV-II) TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1100M
			1:30 PM

Sultan Pheroze	SULTAN PHEROZE (C.P.Khanal) reared its head up and was slow to get into stride as the start was affected losing about 3 lengths.
Royal Feelings	ROYAL FEELINGS (Altaf Hussain) was slow to start losing about 3 lengths.
Sabihaa	SABIHAA (Azfar Syeed) sustained an overreach cut injury on the inside left hock.
Stern Maiden	The saddle used on STERN MAIDEN (Irshad Alam) was observed to slip while negotiating the 800 metres ATC bend due to which apprentice jockey Irshad Alam could not do justice to his mount. Trainer M.M.Uthaiah was fined a sum of Rs.3000/ for negligence in his duties as a licensed professional.
Be My Star	SWEET CHIC (Muzaffar Alam) jumped awkwardly outwards and caused a check to STERN MAIDEN (Irshad Alam), the incident being accidental no action was initiated.Further SWEET CHIC drifted wide out negotiating the 800 metres bend and thereafter trailed the field.
