Tapi	Approaching 900 metres, TAPI (Akash Rajput) shifted in and went across TALENTED (Ranjeet Singh) who was steadied. Jockey Akash Rajput has been severely reprimanded.
Talented	At the start, TALENTED (Ranjeet Singh) shifted outwards and went on to CLASSIFIED and at the same time, CLASSIFED (Dhanu S Deora) had also jumped awkwardly outwards and went onto SNOW BELL (Md Asif Khan). Jockey Ranjeet Singh (TALENTED) reported that soon after the start, his mount threw its head up and in order to control his mount, the filly lost her position. On a verbal complaint from the Owner and Trainer of TALENTED, an enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of the filly.
Mehendi	At the start, MEHENDI (Danish Ali Khan) was extremely fractious inside its stall. Trainer K Ali Khan has been asked to give sufficient gate practice before next accepting to race. At the start, MEHENDI (Danish Ali Khan) was observed to have put her head down due to which the jockey had to give long reins to the filly due to which she was not fluently into her strides.
Snow Bell	Jockey Md Asif khan (SNOW BELL) reported that after the interference at the start, his mount did not travel well in the race. A Veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormality.
Classified	Before being loaded, CLASSIFIED (Dhanu S Deora) was extremely fractious. Trainer Magan Singh has been asked to give sufficient gate practice before next accepting to race. Near 300 metres, CLASSIFED (Dhanu S Deora) commended to shift out and in the process went across MEHENDI (Danish Ali Khan) with the jockey not making any effort to control the outward movement of his mount till the 200 metres, as such, he has been cautioned.

Aao Shao	The veterinary examination of AAO SHAO did not reveal any apparent abnormality.
Snohvit	On a request from Trainer Zulfiqar Khan, SNOHVIT was examined at 1035 a.m. on 17TH September 2019 and was found to have sustained an injury on its leftfore fetlock. As such, the colt was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.
Conquering Bid	At the start, CONQUERING BID (Dhanu S Deora) was slowly away losing about two lengths. An Objection was lodged by Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora CONQUERING BID as well as the Trainer stating that “at the jump out, my mount was blindfolded and held in the Gates, which could not be removed even after the start was given which deprived my mount to take a level jump, due to which my mount never got a chance to run freely”.Also, at the behest of Stipendiary Steward a Stewards’ enquiry was initiated into the incident at the start, wherein it was observed that the blindfold of CONQUERING BID (Dhanu S Deora) could not be removed in time by the Handler when the start was effected and the gelding was slowly away. The Stewards held an enquiry after the race and interviewed the Trainer and the Jockey as well as the Starter. After deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards and based on their own observation of the incident, the Stewards decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded. The Stewards decided to maintain the placing of horses as declared by the Judge as a result of the Stewards’ Enquiry.
Miss Glorious	Trainer HA Khan has been fined Rs.3,000/ for putting in late Declaration in respect of his charge MISS GLORIOUS. Jockey SG Prasad (MISS GLORIOUS) has been fined Rs.3,000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
Niche Diamond	At the start, NICHE DIAMOND (K Narender Kumar) fly jumped and began awkwardly and was then converged upon as GOLDEN GUINEA (Pradeep Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and AAO SHAO (Himalay S Pawar) jumped awkwardly inwards and in the process AAO SHAO was jostled due to which Jockey Himalay S Pawar lost his right stirrup which he could not regain and passing 900 metres, Jockey Himalay S Pawar (AAO SHAO) was dislodged. Jockey K Narender Kumar (NICHE DIAMOND) was steadied to avoid colliding with the fallen Jockey and therefore lost ground.

Princess Beauty	On a request from Trainer Irfan Ali, REHANA was examined at 10:15 a.m. on 17TH September 2019 and was found to be lame by its leftfore leg. As such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.
Dhatoora	Near 1100 metres, DHATOORA (Rajinder Saini) shifted in and went across ALIZAA (Sameer Khan). Jockey Rajinder Saini has been cautioned. Jockey Rajinder Saini (DHATOORA) reported that his mount was inclined to lugin in the final stages of the race and he had used the whip on the neck of his mount in a forehand position to correct his mount. Trainer Raj Kumar Saini has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race. Jockey Rajinder Saini has been cautioned for using his whip in a forehand position on the neck of his mount.
Big Apple	BIG APPLE (Dhanu S Deora) took a fly jump.
Extreme Desire	At the start, EXTREME DESIRE (Aman) jumped out awkwardly and was slowly away. The Apprentice explained that his mount had leaned against the Gates. EXTREME DESIRE (Aman) was inclined to lugin in near 300 metres for a brief period. Trainer Rajinder has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race.

Miss Zachary

Trainer Mallikarjun has been fined Rs.1000/ for failing to declare shoeing in the Declaration Formfor his charge MISS ZACHARY. Jockey SG Prasad (MISS ZACHARY) Muzammil Hashmi (SHENGLI) and Ranjeet Singh (RYEBACK) have been asked to be more vigorous during the race in future.

Shengli

At the start, SHENGLI (Muzammil Hashmi) jumped awkwardly inwards and jostled with SUPERSTAR SUPREME (Pradeep Kumar). Jockey Muzammil Hashim (SHENGLI), when questioned, stated that he was asked to be in 4th, 5th position and do best in the straight which was later confirmed by the Trainer. When the Jockey was confronted that this horse races from the front position or while being well up, he stated that he was instructed to ride in 4th, 5th position. Both, the Trainer and Jockey, have been informed that a watch will be kept on the future running of this horse.

Miss Colombiana	Jockey Pawan Sharma (MISS COLOMBIANA) has been reprimanded for failing to ride out his mount till past the Post.
Noor	Soon after the start, NOOR (Danish Ali Khan) shifted in before the Red Marker and went across ROSY PICTURE (R Yousaf) causing the latter to be checked. Jockey Danish Ali Khan has been fined Rs.1,000/.
Sepal	Soon after the start, SEPAL (Dhanu S Deora) was tightened due to a tightly pack field.
Special Fighter	The veterinary examination of SPECIAL FIGHTER, WARRIOR THRIVE & SEPAL did not reveal any apparent abnormality.
