1	(61)	THE VARANASI PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1800M
			1.45 P.M.

New Beginning	CONUNDRUM (P Trevor) was examined at the Gates and observed to be trotting lame on right fore; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s Orders; Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Clouds	CLOUDS (R Rayan Ahmed) sustained multiple injuries on both hind hock and tendon region.
Go Man Go	GO MAN GO (M Rajesh Kumar), which was running fiercely between the 1600 Metres and 1500 Metres, had to be steadied by its rider and was shifted `out` to avoid colliding against the railings. Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of GO MAN GO, reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed old ulcer at oral commissure and fresh injury inside the mouth; Trainer Mr. C Girinath [deputizing for Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu] was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

2	(62)	THE ASHWAJAYA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25	1200M
			2.15 P.M.

Deliberation	DELIBERATION (Irvan Singh) planted in the Gates and did not take part in the Race; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track.
Vroom Vroom	An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards into the inconsistent pattern of running of VROOM VROOM, ridden by Jockey Ajeet Kumar and trained by Mr. Vishal Yadav, the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 40, of the Mysore Summer Races 2017, i.e., The Nadir Plate – Div.II (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25, run on Sixth Day, Wednesday, 28th June, 2017, when ridden by Jockey Kiran Naidu, it ran unplaced. After due enquiry, considering the submissions made by Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav, viewing the CCTV replay of both the Races, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was fined Rs.5,000/ for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge VROOM VROOM (Ajeet Kumar), the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 40, of the Mysore Summer Races 2017.
Joey	Jockey A Ramu, the rider of JOEY, reported that his mount was not showing any speed and despite his best efforts, did not improve its position from the start till the 600 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported to have sustained small injury on left hind back of fetlock.
Country's Charm	Jockey S Guruprasad, the rider of COUNTRY`S CHARM, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.
Eye Of The Needle	EYE OF THE NEEDLE (M B Qureshi) sustained small injury on right hind pastern.

3	(63)	THE ARISTOCRAT PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1100M
			2.45 P.M.

Dr Scully	DR SCULLY (B Nikhil) reared up as the Gates opened and veered towards left after jumping out, thereby, losing a few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. DR SCULLY (B Nikhil) sustained small injury in front of right hind fetlock.
Chase The Ace	Jockey A Velu, the rider of CHASE THE ACE, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `out` and causing interference to SANCY (Syed Waseemuddin) on his outside, approaching the 800 Metres. CHASE THE ACE (A Velu) sustained bruise on right chestwall behind girth.
Vijaya Dynasty	Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of GRACE AND GLORY, was fined Rs.2,000/ for not making sufficient efforts to ride out his mount, from about the 1000 Metres till entering the straight.
Anonymous	ANONYMOUS (Afsar Khan) jumped awkwardly `inwards` at the start.
Golden Steps	GOLDEN STEPS (N Ramesh Kumar) sustained bleeding injury on left fore knee.
Catchy Charger	CACHY CHARGER (Md. Farhan Alam) planted and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

4	(64)	THE MYSORE COLTS TRIAL STAKES TERMS - 3 years old only	1400M
			3.15 P.M.

Deodar	DEODAR (Dhanu Singh Deora) fell while being saddled and was observed to be trotting lame on right hind and sustained bruise on right point of hip; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s Orders; Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Ascendent	ASCENDENT (Irvan Singh) sustained small injury inside left hind pastern.
Lord Buckingham	Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of LORD BUCKINGHAM, reported that his mount was inclined to run `out`, rounding the bend; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

5	(65)	THE PASCHIMAVAHINI PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 60 & ABOVE	1600M
			3.50 P.M.

Poet

Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of POET, reported that the saddle on his mount shifted in front, within about 100 Metres of the Start and half way through the Race, he had to remove both his legs from the Stirrups to maintain his balance and to avoid from being dislodged from the mount and as such, he could not offer proper assistance to his mount thereafter. An enquiry has been ordered by the Stewards, into the above incident.

6	(66)	THE IN THE SPOTLIGHT PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1200M
			4.25 P.M.

Brown Beauty	BROWN BEAUTY (M Madhu Babu) jumped awkwardly `outwards`, thereby, inconveniencing DIVA (G Rohith) on its outside, at the start.
Atlantis	Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of ATLANTIS, reported that his mount was hanging `out` throughout the Race and as such, shifted out and inconvenienced horses on its outside, viz., ABDERUS (J Paswan) and SATURN (P P Dhebe), passing the 800 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Diva	Jockey G Rohith, the rider of DIVA was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

7	(67)	THE KONARK PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M
			5 P.M.

Generous Gesture	GENEROUS GESTURE (R Ajay Kumar) planted and did not take any part in the Race; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track.
Albatross	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw ALBATROSS on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from multiple injuries all over the body; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Class Above	CLASS ABOVE (P Trevor) was observed to be hanging `in` in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Anvill Star	ANVILL STAR (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained bruises on both hind back of fetlock.
Chicago	CHICAGO (M Naveen) sustained cut injury inside left fore cannon.
Spinning Chakram	Jockey S G Prasad, the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing ALECIA (S Antony Raj), on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres.
Praelector	PRAELECTOR (Mohammed Mushraf) jumped awkwardly `inwards`, thereby, inconveniencing COUNTRYS CROWN (M J Gautam Raj Urs) on its inside, at the start.
