Miss ZacharyJockey S Amjad Khan the rider of MISS ZACHARY was cautioned for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby inconveniencing DON’T TOUCH (Gurpreet Singh) on his inside.
Mr StunningJockey Dhanu Singh the rider of MR STUNNING reported that from 300 mts of the race his mount drifted out and travelled on the outer portion of the race track thereafter he changed his whip hand as a corrective measures and rode out with hands and heels from 150 mts wherein his horse shifted on the inside and responded well to his urgings.
Special VintageJockey Arman Ali Jafri the rider of BRAVE LANCER reported that his mount was hanging out and running green. Trainer Sartaj Singh was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.
Pawan HansJockey Aqeed Waheed the rider of PAWAN HANS was cautioned for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby inconveniencing DON’T TOUCH (Gurpreet Singh) on his inside.

Into MischiefJockey M Chetri the rider of INTO MISCHIEF was fined Rs.3000/ for permitting his mount to shift out negotiating the bend thereby and bumped onto BEE PRINCESS (V S Gautam) and approaching 300 mts he permitted his mount to shift out for no apparent reason and travelled on the wide outside.
Bee PrincessBEE PRINCESS ( V S Gautam) jumped out awkwardly outwards from the starting gates.

He Is SexyJockey Arman Ali Jafri the rider of HE IS SEXY reported that approaching 600 mts he had to shift out to avoid clipping the heels of front running horse MISTER INDIA (Jai Parkash) thereby inconveniencing MASTER ZIDANE (S Amjad Khan) on his outside. Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner HE IS SEXY and MASTER ZIDANE bleeder in the presence of Trainer H A Khan & Rajinder and sent for analytical test.
CocoanutJockey Md Habeeb the rider of COCOANUT was fined Rs.3000/ for the improper riding in the last 300 mts wherein he had made no efforts to control his mount and shifted to the outside thereby inconveniencing SHIVALIKA (Dhanu Singh Deora) on his outside.
Ashwa ManjriJockey Dashrath Singh the rider of ASHWA MANJRI reported the loss of the whip nearing the 100 mts .(He was warned being the first offence).
Master ZidaneThe Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MASTER ZIDANE bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned from racing for a stipulated period of four weeks (First time bleeder).Trainer Rajinder was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Master CristianoJockey Ramandeep Singh Bal the rider of MASTER CRISTIANO reported that his mount jumped awkwardly outwards from the starting gates, negotiating the bend he got slightly interfered by the horses drawn his inside.
Mister IndiaTrainer Rajinder and Jockey Jai Parkash were called in questioned the running and riding of MISTER INDIA. Trainer stated that his charge is running after a very long layoff and the above distance is not suitable to his charge since there was no other race for Class I hence he had accepted to run his charge in the above race and the jockey is quite prominent till negotiating the bend and thereafter the jockey is given up. On questioning jockey Jai Parkash, he stated that his mount was galloping till 600 mts and thereafter it failed to gallop fluently, hence he had eased up his mount. Again on questioning whether he had brought it to the notice of the Trainer, he stated that the trainer was not in the paddock when he came for unsaddling after the race, hence he could not report the matter to the trainer and also failed to report the officials immediately. When trainer Rajinder was questioned he stated that he had a runner in the 4th race, hence he could not take the feed back from Jockey Jai Parkash with respect to his charge’s performance. After analyzing the race and the Trainer and Jockeys statements Trainer Rajinder and Jockey Jai Parkash were informed that they should bring it to the notice of Officials which could have bearing on the running of their charges immediately. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s veterinary officer reported no apparent abnormality.

4 (161) THE CENTRAL RESERVE POLICE FORCE CUP

Punjab MailPUNJAB MAIL (Nazim) was very fractious at the starting gates wherein the jockey got injured and certified medically unfit to ride. Hence it was withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders. In consequence of PUNJAB MAIL being withdrawn no deduction on win or place bet was effected.
Top BracketUrine sample was taken for analysis from the winner TOP BRACKET in the presence of Trainer Rajinder and sent for analytical test.
LeavesApproaching the 100 mts ATTICUS (Arman Ali Jafri) shifted in and TOT O WHISKEY (M.Shahid) shifted out and both bumped each other.
YalamlamJockey K Narender Kumar the rider of YALAMLAM was fined Rs.2000/ for permitting his mount shift in and bumping ATTICUS (Arman Ali Jafri) in the last 150 mts.
Flori Di CamaTrainer Raj Kumar Saini and Jockey Rajinder Saini were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of FLORI DI CAMA. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to position 4th/5th and do his best on entering the straight. He further stated he was quite surprised with the poor performance of his charge and stated that he would give sufficient rest to his charge before accepting with again in a race. The jockey corroborating the trainers statement stated that his mount was not galloping fluently. The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported on 21st January 2017 it had sustained a cut injury on coronet of left hind. Jockey Rajinder Saini the rider of FLORI DI CAMA was fined Rs.2000/ for easing out his mount in the 100 mts of the race.

Charmo GloryUrine sample was taken for analysis from the winner CHARMO GLORY in the presence of Trainer S Nawab and sent for analytical test.
Black SwanAs the start was effected BLACK SWAN (Dhanu Singh Deora) reared up and loosing some ground at the start. In view of its behavior trainer Ajay Sharma was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track.
Nizbati RoseJockey M B Qureshi the rider of SHINNING STAR reported that his mount jumped awkwardly outward from the starting gates.
Acker BilkJockey Narain Singh the rider of ACKER BILK was reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift out negotiating the bend for no apparent reason.
Storm AwayJockey Dilip Singh the rider of STORM AWAY was fined Rs.2000/ for his negligence pertaining to weigh in.

FideliaUrine sample was taken for analysis from the winner FIDELIA in the presence of Trainer Shakti Singh and sent for analytical test.
Northern StarTrainer H Ali Khan was fined Rs.1000/ for failing to produce the registered owner’s colours of NORTHERN STAR at the Clerk of the Scales, subsequently he was permitted to use the Club’s Emergency colours “ALL BLACK”. Jockey Mohd Asif Khan the rider of NORTHERN STAR was reprimanded for failing to control his mount thereby inconveniencing GHUNGROO( V S Gautam) on his inside.
Step In TimeJockey Sameer Khan the rider of STEP IN TIME reported his mount slipped from the behind as the start was effected thereby loosing some ground at the start.
Miss UniverseJockey S Amjad Khan the rider of MISS UNIVERSE was fined Rs.3000/ for the excessive use of the whip during the race. (1st offence during the meeting) He was further reprimanded for persisting the use of whip on his right thereby inconveniencing MISS INDIA (Ramandeep Singh Bal) on his outside.
Blue HorseJockey M.Chettri the rider of BLUE HORSE was reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift out negotiating the bend and travelling wide for no apparent reason.
Black LeonPermission was granted to Trainer I S Parmar to declare Jockey D Kumar to ride BLACK LEON in place of Jockey Nazim who was declared medically unfit to ride by the Club’s Medical Officer.
