Castafioreb f CASTAFIORE (Md Azharuddin) was examined by the Veterinary Officer behind the barrier and found to be lame on right fore. Under the circumstances the filly was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. Rutherford Alford was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Princess ElenaJockey Hindu Singh, the rider of PRINCESS ELENA, reported that his mount ran green throughout the race.
Stelvio PassSTELVIO PASS (C S Jodha) which was fractious in its stall was slow to begin.
Move To The FrontMOVE TO THE FRONT (App P Tejeshwar) was slow to begin thereby losing approximately three lengths at the start.

2 (192) THE BLACK BUCK HANDICAP
A Handicap for Horses rated 21 TO 46		 1200M
3:30 PM.
Monacob g MONACO, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Tuesday, 20th March, 2018 and found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. J E Mckeown was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Dancing PrinceDANCING PRINCE (Dashrath Singh) was fractious in its stall.
Prancing QueenThe Stipendiary Stewards enquired into the observations made to them by Jockey P Trevor, the rider of PRANCING QUEEN, who stated that he was unable to improve his position between the 500 metre marker and the 400 metre marker as the riders of the two horses directly in front of him i.e., Jockey Sandeep Rajput (PERFECT BALANCE, trained by Mr. Patrick Quinn) and Jockey Afzal Khan (ROLLY POLLY, trained by Mr. Shafiq Khan) had failed to improve their position when they had every opportunity to do so. The Stipendiary Stewards interviewed Jockeys Md. Islam (RABDA) and CS Jodha (TOMORROW FOREVER) who were placed behind PRANCING QUEEN. Jockey Afzal Khan and Tr. Shafiq Khan were also interviewed. Tr. Patrick Quinn when asked to be present at the Stipendiary Stewards enquiry along with his Jockey Sandeep Rajput, presented himself alone and stated that he had no idea who the Jockey was, had no contact with him whatsoever and he was declared to ride the filly at the Owner Mr. Divya Chawcharia’s instructions. The Stipendiary Stewards decided to continue with the enquiry and the result would be published at a later date.
Midnight MagicMIDNIGHT MAGIC (Hindu Singh) was slow to begin.
Perfect BalancePERFECT BALANCE (Sandeep Rajput) was fractious while being stalled.
WarpathThe Veterinary Officer reported that WARPATH returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

3 (193) THE LOMBARD HANDICAP
A Handicap for Horses rated 41 TO 66		 1100M
4:00 PM.
LoganoLOGANO (Shrikant Kamble) was fractious while being stalled.
AirliftAIRLIFT (Ranidan Singh) which was fractious in its stall was slow to begin.
Scorpion QueenOn jumping out from the gates CARRALISA (B Mahesh, drawn 11) swerved towards the outer rails and thereafter took no further part in the race. On immediate veterinary examination the mare was found to be lame on right hind. Tr. Shyam S Habbu was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer and shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work.
