Three AcesTHE CORPORAL (S Zervan) jumped awkwardly `outwards` thereby, inconveniencing PAPADOKIA (Arshad Alam) on its outside at the start. Jockey S Zervan, the rider of THE CORPORAL was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `out` and causing interference to INTREPID WARRIOR (Imran Chisty) on his outside, passing the 500 Metres.
IspelldangertoallTrainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was fined Rs.2,000/ for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, ISPELLDANGERTOALL (Janardhan Paswan); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.
CashmereJockey M Naveen, the rider of CASHMERE was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in` and causing interference to BIRTHDAY BABE (K Sai Kiran) on his inside approaching 1000 metres, as such the later shifted `out`, thereby, inconveniencing SKY JASMINE (M Rajesh Kumar) and FLORENCIA (Chethan Gowda) on the outside.
Intrepid WarriorJockey Imran Chisty, the rider of INTREPID WARRIOR reported that the horse was hanging `in` passing 1000 metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and examination of the mouth revealed no abnormality; However, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
FlorenciaFLORENCIA (Chethan Gowda) sustained clipped injury on right hind outer bulb of heel.
Birthday BabeJockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of BIRTHDAY BABE reported that his mount was inclined to run `out` approaching the 1000 metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars; Hence, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence [first infringement].
Masters MindMASTERS MIND (L Prashant) ran detached from the field throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Stars In His EyesJockey M Mark, the rider of STARS IN HIS EYES, was reprimanded to be alert at the Start.
Maybe ForeverMAYBE FOREVER (M Rajesh Kumar) jumped awkwardly `outwards` at the start.
Donna RossaJockey T S Jodha, the rider of DONNA ROSSA, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently during the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported after the Race that it pulled up lame on right fore; Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Morrane GabriellaMORRANE GABRIELLA (A R Pradeep) was observed to be travelling wide rounding the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah K was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Red FeatherMY LEXICON (Nazerul alam) was observed to be hanging `out` rounding the final bend and after entering the straight, drifted `out` to the outer portion of the Race Track and thereafter finished the race on the Outer Sand Track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

3 (56) THE MAHARAJA`S CUP (GR.3)
TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD		 1600M

My OpinionAt the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, a Stewards enquiry was held into the interference caused by MY OPINION (A Imran Khan), placed First by the Judge to SHESMYSCRIPT (P Trevor) and the latter horse`s subsequent fall just before the Winning Post. The Stewards examined Jockeys Y S Srinath, the rider of KAMBAKU, placed second by the Judge and S Zervan, the rider of PSYCHIC FORCE, placed third by the Judge. The Stewards repeatedly watched the CCTV replay of the above Race. After due enquiry, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards and based on their own observation, the Stewards decided to disqualify MY OPINION (A Imran Khan), the winner, from the above Race and decided to alter the order of placings, as under; An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of MY OPINION, with particular reference to the interference caused by him to SHESMYSCRIPT (P Trevor) and its subsequent fall, in the above Race.
Script WriterSCRIPTWRITER (Arshad Alam) sustained bleeding cut injury on left hind outer hock. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s Order; Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Star BaronJockey R N Darshan rider of STAR BARON, reported that he accidentally lost his whip approaching 350 metres.

4 (57) THE HAVERI PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1600M

AustralisAs Jockey P Trevor, the declared rider of AUSTRALIS, was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the Fifth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Narredu to substitute Jockey T S Jodha to ride AUSTRALIS, in place of the declared rider.
Starry WindTrainer Mr. Darius R Byramji (being deputised by Trainer Mrs. Parvati Byramji) was fined Rs.5,000/ for discrepancies in shoeing, in respect of his charge, STARRY WIND (S Zervan). STARRY WIND (S Zervan) jumped awkwardly `outwards` thereby inconveniencing IMITATION GAME (M Madhu Babu), on its outside, at the start.
ReannaJockey P P Dhebe, the rider of REANNA reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but it was reported that it could not be examined due to the fractious behaviour of the horse. However, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed to take appropriate corrective emasures before accepting with it, again.
Wild Wild AngelsJockey R Vaibhav, the rider of WILD WILD ANGELS was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to MASADA (Arshad Alam), on his inside, as a result of which, the latter had to be checked by its rider approaching the 600 meters.

5 (58) THE RANGANATHITTU PLATE (DIV-III)

IndustrialistINDUSTRIALIST (Suraj Narredu) was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Order, as the gelding was extremely fractious at the gates and refused to be stalled at the Starting Gate. Trainer Mr. Dheeraj V was advised to give adequate Gate Practice to his charge.
ChamarelCHAMAREL (Janardhan Paswan) was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Order, as the filly was extremely fractious at the gates and refused to be stalled at the Starting Gate. Trainer Mr. D Prashanth Pawar was advised to give adequate Gate Practice to his charge.
SadaqatSADAQAT (S Antony Raj) jumped awkwardly `outwards` at the start. Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of SADAQAT, was questioned in the presence of Trainer, Mr. Azhar Ali, as to his riding on his mount, in the above Race. The Rider reported that he was drawn on the outside and as he tried to take a good position, he was repeatedly taken out by ENGELBERG (Nirmal Jodha), from the 1000 Metres till rounding the final bend. When he tried to make his run, on the outside, he was again interfered by the same horse and as such his run was hampered. The Trainer corroborated with the statements of the rider. While noting their explanation, Jockey S Antony Raj was informed to be more judicious while riding out his mounts, particularly in the Straight and he was informed that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards, for appropriate action.
EngelbergJockey Nirmal Jodha, the rider of ENGELBERG was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `out` and causing intereference to SADAQAT (S Antony Raj) on his outside approaching 300 metres.
