1	(39)	THE I.T.B.P. GARHWAL RANGE PLATE (DIV-I) A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1100M

Change The Game	Permission was granted to Trainer Richpal Singh to withdraw CHANGE THE GAME (Sameer Khan) on veterinary grounds as it was lame on Left Fore. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Dim Dim	Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora the rider of DIM DIM reported that his mount was slow out as the start was effected thereby losing some ground, thereafter from 300 mts when he applied pressure on his mount it drifted out. After observing the CCTV replay he was informed that when his mount is drifting out he should desist using the whip from his right side. Trainer K Ali Khan was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.
Fire Fly	Jockey Nazim the rider of FIRE FLY reported that in view of DIM DIM (Dhanu Singh Deora) not maintaining a straight course he could not ride out his mount, however he was reprimanded for not being sufficiently vigorous in the final stages of the race.
Solid Gold	Jockey Mohd Habeeb the rider of SOLID GOLD reported that his mount jumped awkwardly inwards from the Starting gate thereby bumped into FIRE FLY (Nazim).
Bee Princess	Jockey R Yousaf the rider of BEE PRINCESS was reprimanded for failing to improve his position soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Miss Blitz	Jockey Muzammil Hashmi the rider of MISS BLITZ reported that his mount jumped lethargically out of the starting gate and refused to raise a fluent gallop in the initial stages of the race.

Miss India	MISS INDIA (S Mosin) was examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer at the Starting gate and was withdrawn on veterinary ground before coming under Starter’s order as it was lame on left fore. Trainer S Nawab was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race. In consequence of MISS INDIA being withdrawn a deduction of 30% on win and 50% on place bets was effected. An enquiry has been opened into the circumstance of MISS INDIA being withdrawn.
Amazing Moment	Jockey V R Jagadeesh the rider of BLUEPRINT reported that his mount was hanging out from the 200 mts of the race inspite of his best effort to keep it on an even course. Trainer Sartaj Singh was advised to take remedial measures before accepting in a race.
Nizbati Rose	The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that SHINNING STAR had sustained a cut injury on right hind leg and GREY GOOSE had sustained a cut injury on left hind leg during the race. Trainers I S Parmar & Zulfiqar Khan were advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
He Is The Man	Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of HE IS THE MAN reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gate his mount stumbled thereby momentarily im balancing him.

3	(41)	THE I.T.B.P. HIMVEER PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86	1100M

He Is Sexy	Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora the rider of HE IS SEXY reported that inspite of him using the whip on the right hand his mount drifted towards the left from 200 mts of the race and ran erratic thereby inconveniencing WINNERS GOLD (S Mosin) on his inside. Trainer A Khan was advised to get his charge examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.
Ashwa Saanga	Jockey Ranjeet Singh the rider of ASHWA SAANGA reported that his mount jumped awkwardly from the starting gate and shifted on his inside thereby inconveniencing HE IS SEXY ( Dhanu Singh Deora).
Niobrara	Trainer K Ali Khan and jockey Danish Ali Khan were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of NIOBRARA. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to position 3rd/4th and does the best on entering the straight. Jockey corroborating the trainer’s statements stated that he was informed not to use the whip and ride out with hands and heels. Not being satisfied with their explanation they were reported to the Stewards. The Stewards held an enquiry after the race and examined the Trainer and the Jockey and after noting their explanations, they directed the Stipendiary Steward to hold a detailed enquiry into the running and riding of NIOBRARA and place before them.
Top Bracket	Jockey Jai Parkash the rider of TOP BRACKET was reprimanded for checking his mount soon after jumping out of the starting gate and thereafter not sufficiently preserving in the final stages of the race.

Misty Blue	Jockey Danish Ali Khan the rider of MISTY BLUE was fined Rs.2000/ for easing out his mount in the final stages of the race.
Ashwa Queen	Jockey Narain Singh the rider of ASHWA QUEEN was fined Rs.2000/ for permitting his mount to shift out negotiating the bend thereby taking out TERRIFIC (Ranjeet Singh ) and MUMTAZ BEGUM (T S Jodha).
Spring To Fame	Jockey M B Qureshi the rider of SPRING TO FAME was reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift out soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby inconveniencing DON’T TOUCH (Sameer Khan) who in turn passed it onto AWESOME KNIGHT (Akash Rajput).

Ryback	Trainer Shah Ali Khan and Jockey Sameer Qureshi were called in and questioned regarding inconsistent pattern of running and dismal performance of RYBACK as compared to its last run in Race No.15 The Lal Bagh Plate on 29th September 2017 wherein it was placed 2nd when ridden by Ranjeet Singh. The trainer stated that : i) In its last engagement, he had instructed the jockey to position mid bunch and thereafter ride out. ii) However due to circumstances in the race the rider was unable to fulfill the instructions. iii) He further added that he had issued similar instructions today and the apprentice had followed the instructions. iv) He also believes that the pace of the race in the above race was quite fast and meeting a different set of horses.
Promise Me	Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of PROMISE ME was reprimanded for not sufficiently persevering with his mount from 300 mts of the race.
Yalamlam	Jockey T S Jodha the rider of YALAMLAM reported that he lost his right stirrup soon after jumping out of the starting gates which he regained after passing some distance.
Mountain Gunner	MOUNTAIN GUNNER (Md Asif Khan) was observed to be running detached from the field. Trainer K Ali Khan was informed not to accept with his charge till it was capable of better performance and run with the field.

Nutcracker

It was observed that NUTCRACKER (V.S.Gautam) was running under distress from the 300 mts of the race and the jockey had eased out his mount from the 200 mts and just 50 mts from the winning post it dislodged its rider. The horse was examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and euthanized on humanitarian ground.

Enchanting Lady	Jockey Naresh Kumar the rider of ENCHANTING LADY was reprimanded for not being vigorous in the initial stages of the race and into the home straight failing to maintain a straight course.
First Selection	Jockey V R Jagadeesh the rider of FIRST SELECTION reported that approaching 200 mts when applied pressure on his mount it started running erratic, drifted out and galloped on the wide outside. Trainer A Khan was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.
Special Vintage	Jockey Nazim the rider of BRAVE LANCER was reprimanded for easing his mount in the last 200 mts of the race.
Golden Tail	Jockey Danish Ali Khan the rider of GOLDEN TAIL was fined Rs.5000/ for checking his mount repeatedly soon after jumping out of the starting gates for no apparent reason and thereafter not making sufficient efforts on his mount to improve his position.
