Brown BeautyTrainer Mr. Rakesh was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards, pertaining to the relatively improved performance of his charge, BROWN BEAUTY (Shamaz Shareef), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 37 of the Mysore Winter Races 201920, i.e., The Avalanche Star Plate Div.II, (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, run on Sixth Day, Wednesday, 18th December, 2019, when ridden by Jockey M Madhu Babu, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) His riding instructions to his rider was to sit 3rd or 4th, gradually improve his position and to do his best in the above Race, as also, in its previous run and in both the runs, the rider had followed his instructions; b) His charge had suffered from a training set back and had run after a gap of one month; c) After that set back, his charge had been eating well, was working well also, its last two pace work before the above Race were good and with a drop in handicap of 1 Kg and with an allowance Jockey, claiming a 2 Kg allowance, worked in the favour of his charge, in the above Race; d) In its previous run, over 7 furlongs, it was there in the Race till the last 200 Metres and it looked like it would win the Race, but it started tiring and had fizzled out; e) In this Run, with 200 Metres less to travel, it ran very well and won the Race; f) He had fancied the chances of his charge but he had not expected his charge to win so well. It was reported after the race that HEROINE (Mukesh Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Charming NightIt was reported after the race that CHARMING NIGHT (Anil Baandal) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Country's TigressJockey Mukesh Kumar, the rider of HEROINE, was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing COUNTRY`S TIGRESS (Chethan Gowda) on his inside passing 250 Metres.

Make My WayAn enquiry is being held into the inconsistent pattern of runing and the resultant reversal of form of MAKE MY WAY (Rahil Ahktar), Trained by Mr. Rakesh, the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 46 of the Mysore Winter Races 201920, i.e., The Taj Mahal Plate Div.I, (About) 1200, for horses rated 20 to 45, run on Seventh Day, Wednesday, 25th December, 2019, when ridden by the same Jockey, it ran unplaced. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b c MAKE MY WAY.

Swiss PearlSWISS PEARL (Ajeet Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.
Vijaya MiracleIt was observed in the Race that TRUE GRIT (Shamaz Shareef) had to be checked and steadied by its rider due to a wall of horses in front and as such stumbled passing 800 Metres.
Dare The Don`in` and causing interference to DARE THE DON (S R Santosh Kumar) on his inside approaching 300 Metres.
Al DoradoJockey M Ayyar, the rider of SIDDHANI, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `out` and taking `out` EXPORT QUALITY (K Sai Kiran) on his outside which went onto AL DORADO (G Rohith), on its outside, rounding the bend. Jockey G Rohith, the rider of AL DORADO, reported that his mount was hanging `out` after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Md.Sajid Qureshi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Coorg RegimentIt was observed in the Race that COORG REGIMENT (R N Darshan) did not get a clear run due to tightly packed field passing 300 Metres and as such shifted out to make its run on the wide outside.

6 (76) THE BABABUDAN GIRI PLATE

D SmileIt was reported after the Race that CALL ME MAYBE (P.S.Chouhan) suffered from temporary stifle lock on the left hind, between the 1000 Metres and the 900 Metres, slowed down approaching the 700 Metres, stopped galloping and did not finish the Race. The horse was examined and was reported to be trotting sound.

Sea LagoonJockey M Ayyar, the rider of SEA LAGOON, was fined Rs.1,000/ for slowing down the pace, approaching the 1000 Metres and as such, HALLOWEEN`S WAY (R N Darshan), had to be checked and steadied and shifted out.
Veni Vidi ViciJockey R N Darshan, the rider of HALOWEEN`S WAY, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to ASCENDANCY (Arshad Alam), on his inside, which went onto horses on its inside, viz., ROOSEVELT (V R Jagdeesh) and VENI VIDI VICI (T S Jodha), and as such, VENI VIDI VICI (T S Jodha), which was travelling along the rails had to be checked and steadied to avoid colliding with the Railings, thereby losing some ground, between the 1000 Metres and the 900 Metres. Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of ROOSEVELT, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to VENI VIDI VICI (T S Jodha), on his inside, passing the 400 Metres.

NikkaIt was observed that passing the 700 Metres, NIKKA (R Ajay Kumar) shifted out violently, thereby taking out GREEK GODDESS (Shivnath Paswan), on its outside, collapsed and did not finish the Race. On examination, it was reported to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
New BeginningJockey M Naveen, the rider of NEW BEGINNING, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing DONNA ROSSA (T S Jodha), on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres.
AureliaJockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of AURELIA, reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the Straight.
