GracelandInadvertently, the Starter effected a start in spite of GRACELAND (M J Gautam Raj Urs) having not been loaded into the stalls and, immediately having realised that a fair start has not been effected, he declared it a False Start by hooting of the siren and ordered the riders by means of recall flag, to return to the Post; By that time, all but two horses had crossed the advance flag, whereupon, some of the riders started pulling their mounts while the rest of the riders went through the Race; The Stewards immediately ordered an enquiry into the running of the Race with particular reference to the start and they examined the Starter and his Assistant; After due deliberations and based on the visual evidence available, the Stewards, in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule No.31(a) of the My.R.C. Rules of Racing, decided to declare the Race `Null and Void`.
Oro PlataPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw ORO PLATA (S Manohar) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
