1 (62) THE GIRINAGARA PLATE

SenatorJockey Muzammil Hashmi, the rider of SENATOR, was fined Rs.2,000/ for exulting before passing the Winning Post.
Sky JasmineJockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of SKY JASMINE, was fined Rs.1,000/ for taking unduly a long lead, rounding the bend.
Star BinderJockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of STAR BINDER, reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Surprise PackageSURPRISE PACKAGE (Chotu Jaiswar) jumped `out` awkwardly, at the start and thereafter, after entering the Straight, it drifted out and finished the Race on the outer portion of the Race Track; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with again.
EudoraEUDORA (Rahil Akhtar) planted and lost many lengths at the start, and thereafter ran detached from the field; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

2 (63) THE DAVANAGERE PLATE (DIV-II)
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1400M

Haloween's WayIt was observed that Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of HALOWEEN`S WAY, had to check and steady his mount to avoid striking the frontrunner due to a closely packed field, passing the 1200 Metres.
Queen Of TurfJockey A S Peter, the rider of QUEEN OF TURF, reported that his mount was hanging β€œin”, in the final 350 Metres of the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
NicholasIt was reported after the Race that NICHOLAS (M B Qureshi) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again
Order OrderORDER ORDER (K Sai Kiran) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future

3 (64) THE BANNERGHATTA PLATE

Wind StrikerJockey R Manish, the rider of WIND STRIKER, was reprimanded for coming `in` sharply, passing the 1000 Metres.
EloikaJockey P P Dhebe, the rider of ELOIKA, had to check his mount to avoid striking the frontrunner, due to a closely packed field, passing the 1000 Metres. Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of ELOIKA, was reprimanded for shifting `out`, thereby, inconveniencing SPORTO (Nazar Alam) on his outside, passing the 150 Metres.
Divine RetributionDIVINE RETRIBUTION (H Rahul) was slowly away and lost a few lengths, at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
Al DoradoJockey Sameer Qureshi, the rider of AL DORADO, was reprimanded for travelling wide after entering the straight, for no apparent reason.

4 (65) THE H.R.C.CUP
A Handicap for Horses rated 75-ABOVE		 1400M

Oceanic StormOCEANIC STORM (C Umesh) accidentally brushed the Railings, approaching the 1000 Metres.
BatmanJockey R N Darshan, the rider of BATMAN, was reprimanded for coming `in`, thereby, inconveniencing TREMENDOUS (Arshad Alam) on his inside, passing the 300 Metres. BATMAN (R N Darshan) sustained clipped injury on right hind bulb of heel.
AndermattJockey P P Dhebe, the rider of ANDERMATT, reported that he lost his right rein in the last 100 Metres, which he regained within a few strides.
Star Of TheaJockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of STAR OF THEA, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `out`, thereby, causing interference to ANDERMATT (P P Dhebe) on his outside, approaching the 300 Metres.

5 (66) THE DAVANAGERE PLATE (DIV-I)
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1400M

TraviesoTrainer Mr. Rakesh was questioned as to the improved performance of TRAVIESO (C Umesh), the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 40, i.e., The R.W.I.T.C. Ltd. Trophy Div. I – (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, run on Sixth Day, Wednesday, 26th June, 2019, when ridden by Jockey Rahil Akhtar, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse ran previously in a six furlong Race and was ridden by apprentice Jockey Rahil Akhtar and was very prominent in the front till about the 150 Metres and had fizzled out thereafter; b) After that run, he had given it several fast work and his charge had shown some improvement and after a gap of 27 days he had entered it in the above Race; c) In this race over seven furlongs, with a better rider in Jockey C Umesh, his instructions were to sit in 3rd or 4th position and the rider had ridden accordingly; d) In this Race, except for BLUE BIRD THE WORD, no other horse had performed well and that horse had not run well in this Race and favourite in the Race KODIAC QUEEN had also run a poor race; e) His charge had performed better and came out and won the Race and in his opinion the rider made the difference. His explanation was noted.
Imitation GameJockey M Madhu Babu, the rider of IMITATION GAME, was fined Rs.5,000/ for not persevering with his mount during the Race; He was informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. Rakesh that a similar manner of riding in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for disciplinary action.
MandyIt was reported after the Race that MANDY (S Manohar) pulled up lame on right fore; Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

6 (67) THE NETHRAVATI PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45		 1400M
5.00 P.M.
Countrys CrownTrainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was fined Rs.10,000/ by the Stewards for accepting his charge, COUNTRY`S CROWN (Altaf Hussain), when it was under BTF Ban; Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn.
OctaviusOCTAVIUS (Sameer Qureshi) was extremely fractious inside the Stall, reared up whereby, the rider was dislodged and sustained injuries; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Order.
Good EarthJockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of GOOD EARTH, was reprimanded for repeatedly looking back in the closing stages of the Race, for no apparent reason.
Only HopeONLY HOPE (Azfar Syed) veered `out` towards the Sand Track, approaching the 1000 Metres in spite of the best efforts of the rider to keep it on a proper course and finished on the Sand Track; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, in view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.
