RaxionPassing 200 metres, ZOEYA (Dhanu Singh Deora) ducked out suddenly. Trainer Magan Singh and Jockey Dhanu Singh were questioned regarding the running and riding of ZOEYA. Trainer Magan Singh stated that this was the 2nd run of the filly. After its run in Race No.171, she had developed shins and has come right now but the filly was still immature. To another query the Trainer stated that the filly was a stayer. Jockey stated that the instructions were to be in 4th/5th position but the filly was slow at jump out and had no initial speed and she responded well as the race progressed. The explanation was noted.
Perfect He IsApproaching 700 metres, PERFECT HE IS (Jai Parkash) was ridden in check while traveling behind GOLD ICON (Rajinder Saini) due to lack of room. Passing 200 metres, PERFECT HE IS (Jai Parkash) shifted ground outwards under the use of the whip. Jockey Jai Parkash has been asked to be more careful.
Bright WatersNear 700 metres, BRIGHT WATERS (Gurpreet Singh) stumbled and lost his balance on her own momentarily, losing position and again lost her balance near 500 metres. Due to this, NAUGHTY OR NICE (Arman Ali Jafri) who was alongside BRIGHT WATERS, shifted outwards. The veterinary examination of BRIGHT WATERS revealed a small injury on right fore leg which had no racing significance.
Rustom E HindApproaching 200 metres, RUSTOM E HIND (Aqeed Waheed) shifted outwards as the Jockey used the whip once. At the same time NAUGHTY OR NICE (Arman Ali Jafri) was guided outwards and travelled further wide due to RUSTOM E HIND shifting out.

Marks ManOn a request from Trainer Magan Singh, GUNSLINGER was examined at 10.15 a.m. on 22 Apr 2018 and was found to be lame by its right fore leg. As such, the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary ground. The trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any trial or race.
Just NiceAt the start, JUST NICE (J Chinoy) was slow out, losing about two lengths. When questioned, Jockey J Chinoy (JUST NICE) stated that the mare was slowly out of the gates and did not want to hassle her, so he let her race on her own and he had nursed her till coming into the straight and did his best in the straight.
JhilmilTrainer Zulfiqar Khan and Jockey Irfan Ali were questioned regarding the running and riding of JHILMIL. Jockey stated that his instructions were to go to the front, if the mare goes on her own. He added that after the start, the mare led the field but was soon over taken by TERRFIC and CHARMO GLORY and thereafter the Jockey maintained his position and then had ridden her out in the straight. Last time the mare went to the front and was overtaken and finished 2nd. The trainer stated that the mare is inconsistent and no two runs have been similar and in his opinion the jockey had done his best. Their explanations were noted.

Blessed AssuranceJockey R Rakesh (BLESSED ASSURANCE) did not get a clear run between 300 metres and 200 metres.

Mister BestJockey Jai Parkash (MISTER BEST) has been fined Rs. 3000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
RybackRYBACK (Danish Ali Khan) leanedin in the straight and made contact with SUPERSTAR SUPREME (Dhanu S Deora). RYBACK (Danish Ali Khan) travelled wide while negotiating the bend, with the jockey making insufficient effort to control his mount. Jockey Danish Ali Khan (RYBACK) has been cautioned for the indifferent handling of his mount in the straight. The veterinary examination of RYBACK did not reveal any apparent abnormality.
Miss DuncanAt the start, MISS DUNCAN (Irfan Ali) stumbled.
