Red BugAs Jockey Vikash Tamang reported that he was unwell to ride, Tr. D M David was permitted to substitute Jockey Sk Israil to ride his charge RED BUG. Mr. Vikash Tamang was informed to produce a medical certificate of his sickness.
I Am LegendEARNEST RULER (Md Imran) was slow to begin losing considerable ground at the start.
WordsApp Nikhil Naidu, the rider of WORDS, reported that the saddle of his mount slipped passing the 800 metres as such he was unable to ride his mount to complete advantage. Tr. Sarfaraz Khan was fined a sum of Rs. 500/ for faulty saddling.

True Storyb f TRUE STORY, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Tuesday, 22nd August, 2017 and found to be suffering from fever and allergy. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Javed Khan was advised not to accept with the filly under certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
LevanteLEVANTE (P Trevor) was extremely fractious while being stalled. In view of its behaviour Tr. Vijay Singh was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work.
AmaranthusAMARANTHUS (Prashant P Dhebe) brushed against the false rails approaching the 800 metres.
ChittagongCHITTAGONG (App Sujit Kr Paswan) was slow to begin.
